PayPal has been forced to cease operations in Turkey. The shutdown will go into effect on June 6. Post by: richardsNY on June 02, 2016, 10:07:13 PM I don't think that it will have much impact on Bitcoin as in getting PayPal users from Turkey to dive into Bitcoin. I think that if more countries will follow the footsteps of Turkey that current PayPal users will get worried and start looking at alternatives. That's when I believe it will have a positive impact on Bitcoin.
