Title: Fortunejack bot?
Post by: sweezyy on June 03, 2016, 10:02:27 AM
Fortunejack's dice game is great but I keep being hit with 12/13 loses in a row. Just putting it out there if anyone has made or could make a bot that switches whether you bet high or low without resetting to base bet you would be able to make a lot of profit safer then running the auto bet alone. Just an idea.

You cant make a lot of profit just with a bot, and it is not even safer to run the auto bet alone. You need to so lucky if you want to win in dice game especially with auto betting. Better to bet manually so you can control your bet.

Yes if bots worked we would all use them and then they wouldn't work because casinoes would make no money. Also I can't believe of you swap high to low you must reset the bet, that's so silly. And wow 12/13 times in a row sounds really bad that's such low odds.

That is the power of house edge.

So better just pray for a luck.

OP has not told us what kind of bets he was making and how many bets he has made, and so we don't really know if the chance of getting a 13-loss streak is low or not. For example, if he has made tens of thousands of x2 bets, it would actually be very likely for him to get a 13-loss streak.

Idea of bot is interesting. I would like to see that tool. But Op if you think that your luck will be higher because bot will change automatically bet amount.
I don't think that will be any better than flat betting. In the end if provably fair system is implemented you can't beat mathematics behind Dice with strange betting pattern.

The patterns of their dice seem to be a little more predictable than others. My first foray into dice was with Yobit and now they are impossible to play. Hit the button and wait 10 seconds, there is not instant play.
What I would want in a FJ bot is these things:

A option that goes from min bet. to a set amount that I can toggle between quickly. I find that a pattern develops where I bet lose, bet win and it repeats for a bit. So if I could quickly hit a button to bet min and then bet a larger amount that would be great. Not sure if that is what you are looking for in a bot.

Another is those long spreads of loses, followed usually by some pretty big wins. If a bot could recognize those patterns I would be all over it.
There was a guy that posted in the FJ thread about his bot, might want to contact him if you feel like searching that thread.

Your idea is good but if you just leave the bot to make profit honestly you can not make any profit with bot.. it will end to lose..
Its better to play without strategy play for just for fun..because house is always win..

You should look into Seuntjie's bot (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=307425.0), although there's no guaranteed profit with bot. it all comes down to ones luck.
