The USA was founded 239 years ago and since then had 222 years of war. Amazing. I doubt that most of us citiziens are realizing what that actually means. Amazing. I doubt that most of us citiziens are realizing what that actually means. The more depressing thought is most of the wars in that time were fought to a stalemate or quagmire. All too often the US seems to go after what they think are easy targets, which infact backfire in their face - but the juggernaut of companies behind the military still made a lot of money off the perpetually overcharged contracts in between. |
