So i have bought a Samsung J5 a while ago and from the first day i am facing a problem the mobile touch suddenly stops and after that it wont work . I tried many things . When i remove battery and restarts it works fine . I need to do this one time a day . i dont know what is the problem , Can somebody help me ? maybe if you help me i will tip you .

What I suggest is you search in XDA forum about this problem. This may be a sudden death syndrome which I think it has problem in the current rom that it as. Is your mobile rooted or has already been modified?

Go to xda search your phone model download the firmware ,and flash the firmware through odin app,and make sure your phone is on odin mode then flash..if youre phone still have that problem afer flashing then go to any cellphine repair shop.. i think your touch screen is the problem.

That problem can be tagged to hardware and software problems but first of all to make sure that is a hardware problem (since it's working when you the battery) let's test it's software first.

Are you using a STOCK ROM or CUSTOM ROM? Custom Rom always a problem like that and flashing fix is the quick solution. To make a clearer answer, go head to your custom rom's official discussion.

If you are using a STOCK ROM, flash the latest firmware to your region.

Yeah you really need an idea on flashing here.

If none of that resolves your problem then I will assume it's hardware problem and you can take it back to the service center since you just bought it a while ago. Hope it's brand new one that you purchased lol.

you can use this step :
1. call the local call center of samsung
2. show your guarantee
3. you will get new smartphone

but not all country use this system someday in middle 2012 i have Sony Xperia play, i have some problem with my phone, and he replace it with new phone .

Just go for the exchange provided by several online stores. That's the only hope to get a better option of changing your mobile.

Well i rooted my mobile but the problem is from the very first day when i bought the mobile. Its second hand mobile . However yes i rooted the mobile and then my mobile got locked by FRP and then i paid 10$ to re install frimware . New frimware is not so good its laggy and not working well .



But how do i find the right frimware there are many frimwares . As you can see there are many frimware which one to download ? http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-J500FN/

I have tried a software but it says my S/N is not correct.


If touch screen is the problem then why everytime when it stops working i remove battery and put it on and starts the phone the touch starts working ?


Right now i am using a custom ROM i don't know how to get or find STOCK ROM . There is no frimware related to my region.


Its not in warranty . Yes it is not linked for bitcoin that is why it is posted in beginners and help section .
