Well, you have quite a few outputs, that makes the transaction bigger.

With the network congestion you need to pay bigger fees if you want your transaction included, this may be automatically calculated by Blockchain.info wallet, you can make your own custom transaction and pay whatever fee you want, bear in mind it may take a while until confirmed if you pay too little.

That is actually quite surprising as I have never seen this before ,for the amount of bitcoins you're sending,the transaction fees is good enough.Also why the transaction is listed as medium priority ? Unspent outputs ? Odd behavior.Was blockchain your source wallet or you broadcasted the transaction with QT ?

=> 60.000 satoshi's divided by 4208 bytes = 14 satoshi's per byte

=> 30.000 satoshi's divided by 1549 bytes = 19 satoshi's per byte

https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ advises 60 satoshi's per byte at this moment... So medium priority is rather normal

Please go to the account settings and change the transaction rate according to your wish then after that transaction charges difference We can see from the there. I suggest you to make transaction charge to normal, To make transaction confirmation will ensure faster with low transaction fees...
