Maybe with Android Pay or something else. Can someone try it? :) If it works, that it's very interesting, because virtual cards of 2500 eur/usd/gbp by year usually don't need documents to be received/used. I wonder if this is a niche that some of the exchanges may be able to fulfill, since they already have ties with the fiat electronic banking network, and some of them already have services that provide a physical debit card with usable number+magstripe.
