There are some types of traders, here we go:
1. Scalper: the traders use chart Tick-M5,time prime minutes-hours.
2. Day traders: the traders use chart M15-1H,time prime minutes-hours.
3. Swing traders: the traders use chart H4-D1, time prime days-weeks.
4. Position Trader: the traders use chart D1-W1, time prime weeks-month.
Which do you are ? Let us discussion about that and make more information. Thank you very much.

You Listed some trades types well. let me add some more types of traders here:

1: Live Traders: The Trader who done trading on live Chat system. like skype and Facebook.. bitcointalk traders are also in Live Traders.
2: Forex Trader: Trader who use forex trading system. Bitcoin don't have this trading system, but many traders are like this type, and this is also the most profitable one.
3: Self Mad Trader: Sounds Funny but I would want to list this here. the trades who learn trading their self by getting help with internet.. (We have an huge community of these type)
4: Arbitrage Traders: I don't have enough information about this, but they are the richest traders and trade with extreamly big amount.
5: Individual Traders: A trader who trade individually, without getting help of any trading/exchanging platform. similar to live Traders.


(This list is mad myself, these are not official types of traders, I just mad this according to my knowledge, so there may be some mistakes on them)

so many types of trader are there. some are very casious. some are risky. some are very deep thinker and some are of no use. some invest their all money and some invest half of their money.

I am day trader as i mostly do margin trading and my favourite is Ethereum margin trading these days as market is on sideways move. ;D

I'm not much deep into trading. I often do trading, in my view I have seen traders classified based on how much bitcoin they have traded. In those terms I found low volume traders, high volume traders and bulk traders.

I was the type of trade that saw the price gap considerably. gap between the time I buy and sell is high. I'll wait a long time as long as I can get a huge advantage. trading is a fun activity and hobby. trading is a job for me.

Looks like those list is just like in second trade playing the game and trading chart.. but i am one of the day trader.. which is i just buy right now and sell tommorow..

It doesn't matter if you are a scalpter or a swing trader you should always have an eye on every time scale in the end of the day. That's at least my experience.

If you are a scalper and just look at the 5min chart all day you might as well go to the casino and start gambling.

Ok thank you very for your opinion and contributions but more the wise if you add what is type of traders you are? It will become more complete.

There are three types of traders if you ask me:

1.Bulls.-Buy low,sell high,when the price does up

2.Bears.-Sell high to buy low,when the price does down.

3.Sheeps.-They don`t have any strategy.

hmmm, i dont use any chart, i just watching the graph and the candle, like candle keeper (you know what i mean sir ;D) but for that option, i think i will be in number two.

i will Buy in low rates, keep while its rise, and if i am sure its rise then i sell in a rate that i want.

Only trade type I like is the one that you geuss if the five next ticks are going to have any chosen number at the end.
More like a type of gambling though with good income if you know how to do it.

That was the types I knew. However, I'm agree with all the other trader types that were posted here. Great job guys !

i am swing trader ;D just use chart H4-d1 time prime days-weeks. i am new in trading,so i think its not important to watch price movement in  minutes or hours,but now i am relize that was really important to make short time profit.

I find myself to the two last types of traders, everyone prefers to make profit within a day or within few hours but sometimes it needs months to get a little/good profit. I would extend your list with those that invest in bitcoin or any other altcoin and wait for years to get a huge profit.

I'm a daytrader

I have no the same type in trading, if in a matter of minutes have been able to get advantage between 10-20 % i will sell coin, but if in one day the price not up i will hold it till the price up even if the prices are not up up to a month i will keep hold it

Ok no problem about that, but if your way of trading is not make profit as consistent you must fix it. Because you are trader not colector.
