You should make a Scam Accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) before he took a loan and scam another person.

Good luck with your recovering what you sent to him (you should of noticed his password has changed recently and I think I saw a scam accusation in his trust rating when I looked yesterday.
