Its the activity or potential activity that gives an account value. Who cares if you have a 6 year old account if it cannot be raised in activity.

Best case scenario the activity could be 29x14=406 making it a potential senior member. Worst case scenario the account never made any posts haha. 0.01 seems fair just for the nostalgia of the account.
