On websites forums FB and anywhere that a few years ago their was a lack

of support or knowledge of Bitcoin there has been a definate change of

attitude and perception.

Back then, people even see bitcoin as something only as a criminals' currency for the dark market and I wouldn't actually blame them because it bitcoin actually was used that way before, and probably still happening now but bitcoin has gone more public and it's pretty obvious.

Well, sooner or later, bitcoin will surely get support everywhere. bitcoin is one of the most sophisticated technology for now, and perhaps for the future, so do not be surprised if bitcoin began to have a lot of supporters

Bitcoin will surely get more support in upcoming years and that could also benifit other cryptocurrency as people will love decentralized currency when they will came to know how secure are those decentralized coins.

Bitcoin will take over the world.

it's because they realize how bitcoin works, and how bitcoin make profits for them. so it's not a big surprise if many people start using bitcoin.

The naysayers have less ammo by the day. If it was everything they say it is then it would already be long dead. The tide will slowly keep on turning and we all know there ain't no stopping the tide.

I think they are supporting bitcoin cause the price is getting high, they are supporting it cause they want a big profit for bitcoin as well.

yes I support BTC. The bitcoin is going to lead the whole currency world and its already known how the people are using and supporting this. Current users have aware of this BTC how its secure and decent cryptocurrency and still we need to let other people aware of this type currency method.

As the technology matures and more people are becoming aware of bitcoin, and the demand for it getting bigger, it is a welcome development for crypto currencies. Bitcoin, being the pioneer and first of its kind, should see the most growth in terms of people using it, merchants accepting it and transactions done with it. Let's hope that this can be sustained with further development in the technology to benefit more people in more areas.

it was expected. bitcoin is a new technology and takes time to be adopted, so over time more and more people are going to know about bitcoin and start talking about it.

but also it is partly because of the price rise. this rise will also bring a lot of media attention and will lead to more attention and people who are talking about bitcoin.

Yeah,people understood that bitcoin is here to stay and not just a scam project.

Over the years btc gained some trust,but it`s not enough,it needs even more support.

People how have a better perception about all the cryptocurrencies (or most of them).

The increase of bitcoin awareness is good for all bitcoin users.  Making it more public will improve its image as a currency and not as tool for dark market and terrorism as well.

Yes I have seen a lot of ads appearing in my facebook because I follow a bit of bitcoin news pages there, now a lot of this pages coming as ads below is very good publicity for bitcoin. However still in my country compared to the huge population, only very few percent of the population are actively using it, but there is time to improve this too, we are only on the 7th year of bitcoin. Bitcoin is only 7 year old so we can expect it to be better when it matures.

that's true,people already mentioned about why people stop or dont want use bitcoin,the answer was because they dont know about bitcoin system,they very lack of knowledge about bitcoin. and now when they knowing that bitcoin is very good and have a great future,then they start support bitcoin for their importance.

Well that's true that bitcoin is getting more and more support, because those supporters can see the possibility and potential of bitcoin in the future.
And we all know it that bitcoin really has a bright future.
And when bitcoin is on its rise we and those supporters will really get benefit from it.

You will always have naysayers and pessimists in this world. They said the same thing about the internet and look where we are today. These people are even pessimistic about bigger companies like Microsoft and Dell and Apple, so it's nothing new for us to have negative statements being released about a early/experimental technology like Bitcoin.

Just ignore these people, and join the positive people with a vision for the future. Talk positive on forums and on social media and the people will come. ^smile^

Definitely. I think the halving is doing very good things to bitcoin, and one of those is to bring awareness to the general public what bitcoin is and why people should start using it instead of fiat currency.

Also I think we should thank Durian and Mr. Wright for their hoaxes :P Not really Durian Nakamoto's fault, but in Wright's case it certainly is, although it did generate a lot of news about bitcoin in both cases.

yes it is a fact that bitcoin is receiving more support. and specially in present because its price is getting hing and high. that is why we can say that bitcion is receiving more and more support.

Yep, and the higher the price goes the more attention/support bitcoin will get, it is nice to have the attention on bitcoin because of it's movement rather than the criminal movement around bitcoin!

We can definitely say that there was an improvement on Bitcoin. Bitcoin potential before is not just potential now, it grow, it spread. As days passes by, more and more people was introduced to it, and it was continually adopted.  IMO Having a higher price really helps, it caught the attention of people. People are now seeing the opportunities that bitcoin can give to them  ;D

more attention is not equal to more support.
the price rise will only bring the attention and publicity to bitcoin which is good but the support requires more usage.
i mean more businesses and more people to start using bitcoin as a currency for their money transfers.

Right, but maybe with more attention can make some another parties is interested in giving support for bitcoin. Rising price will tell them,bitcoin have a good future and not to worry give a support to bitcoin.

Every time an asset doubles it will get attention, first in the media then from the masses.
The same thing is happening now. What we should aim for is bitcoin newbie's keep their mind focused on bitcoin, and help spread the message.

I've recently seen a small segment on the Belgian news about Bitcoin and they were talking about the recent price surge.
I was glad that they focused on something positive for once and not something related to cyber crime.

Just shows that Bitcoin is still attracting the attention from the mainstream, which could always push people over the edge to try it out for the first time.
