Ill make it simplier , if you consider seling coins to OP below market, go to exhange and do it with market price. then simply send me coins you wanted lost to OP, or i make a better offer, send 50% , you will get a lowet risk and cheeper deal. I won't buy at the ask price, if that is the last market price and the seller wants to sell me at the ask price. So, instead posting an order at the ask price and perhaps wait for days before selling, a seller can try sell to me bellow the ask price/market price (if the ask price was the price of the last trade).
