I recently found this new cloud mining service:

I think they are fairly new and IMO what they offer is too good to be true. Probably one more ponzi scam... I wanted to confirm their presence in the blockchain but I don't know how to do that.

Does anyone has any more info on these guys?

Site is down for me.   Did not even bring anything up.  But sadly almost all are scams, I would not go with a "new" cloud mining service no matter what.  If you want cloud mining go to hashnest, owned by bitmain.  It's honestly as legit as you are going to get.  Personally though I like to own equipment... so might look into buying and hosting.

Looking at it as whois looks like a UK PO box to me.  Which I could be wrong... not totally sure on that.  But site was just created on: Created Date: 2016-04-17 so in a month and a half getting up a hosting center... possible but unlikely.  But take a look yourself: https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=bitminister.com

Site is very new and looking at the date of registry it was only registered April 17 2016 making it only 51 days old. IP address shows up as coming from The Neatherlands. Registrants name shows up as HARRISON ROWLEY. I tried to search for that name in the web and nothing shows up which makes me think why plaster your name as the registrant of a site and yet you are unknown which makes me think that the name is just cooked up to avoid detection. Stay away from this I guess.

There will be a lot of new cloud mining popping up these days as halving is near and they are in for some easy easy money from noobs who will invest right away. Now is a legitimate question of mine, since these noobs keep losing and losing from every ponzi scam out there, where do these people find the bitcoins, maybe they only invest a little or do they buy the bitcoins to put in these sites, as if its the second situation then this is a total disaster.

Many self proclaim cloudmining poping up today because it is their modus that to lame and victimized people, and cloudmining is really attracting to hear for newbie bitcoiners thats why many people are still falling from this trap and we cannot stop it because it is well spread im fb crypto groups and un aware people are their target so they can scam people, really cloudmining is trending topic here in bitcoin furom hope it can raise awareness to people that not to invest in this scheme since it was ponzi and waiting to take their target money and run.

No doubt that every "cloud mining" website is a ponzi scheme even if they pay in the beginning these sites will turn into scam sooner or later and many people will lose their money.Stay way but if you still want to invest your btc learn how to trade and go for it it is a much better option.

Seems that many new cloud mining sites before the halving and I think they exist just to steal people's btc then sell it after the halving for more better price. Sites that offering so great profit should be avoided, because it is now hard to get profit from mining.
The best thing to do is STAY AWAY

New service? I wont trust but as for trusting any cloud mining services out there 'hashocean' and 'hashnest' so far are the best ones.

yeah. I guess I only have confidence in putting my money in Hashnest. They have been around for a lot of time and they are the cloud mining services for Bitmain, so we can completely trust them. However, cloud mining itself is too risky.

Most of cloudmining sites are running ponzi, paying users from their deposits but they don't have actual mining hardware,I will suggest to either user old & trusted ones or avoid them, don't fall in scam.

I agree, stay away from this one.  Just from having a look at their front page how can they offer you those returns, no good just leave it and look at the oldies such as Hashnest or Genesis Mining.

Site is dead for me. I don't even believe these oldies hashnest and genesis.
this new one is 100% a scam site, but these old one also will turn into scam just wait and watch. every one invested their money there should stop investing more and try to get their investment back.
most cloudmining site will dead at the time of halving.

how you want to tell if a company that started yesterday is legit ? you cant.
They try too look legit, because the show a lot one the page and dont pay for private domain registration. No normal company would buy a private domain registration...

If you think that the interest seems to good to be true, than it probably is.

This mean this will scam very soon, any HYIP which offers daily interest even if its little like 0.50% will scam sooner, let alone a website which is offering 3.0% daily. This is just a HYIP looking to make some bitcoins before halving with the only meaning to scam people and sell those bitcoin after the halving to make some profit. This is not even a ponzi cloud mining website, which usually lasts longer , but ends in the same way taking a persons bitcoin.

With actual difficulty, available technology, at the current price of Bitcoin, even with free electricity, it is impossible to achieve 5% per day.

The site seems fine, but that's actually what worries me. It doesn't look bad at all but the returns.
That's just absolutely alarming. With a minimum investment of ~$6 and with ROI of nearly 1 month, is not that just impossible?

They are providing 3% daily return on the investment for even smaller amount of 0.01 bitcoin which seem to be so much unstable, i don't think they can survive more than 30 days with such return. Their model is hyip model not a cloud mining site.

Surely it will become scam soon. This kind of scheme offering 3%-5% profit daily can't survive for much time. Don't invest on it, total scam. The first investors maybe can make profit to make another fools believe the site "is paying". But next investors surely will lose their money.

Look at the numbers, such a profit is impossible. All these new "Cloud mining" services lack pictures of their imaginary equipment. Stay away from such sites.

I think it is ponzi but if they have mining company that near from you i think if you want to invest in their company you should visit them and if they have i think it is not scam. Many scam site now are created because of halving so i think that site is scam. And one of the ponzi scheme. Im just telling the truth. And if they gained enough money they will down their site

Well knowing Cloudmining= ponzi scheme and surely it will turn scam someday and theirs no really realiable mining site and all of them didnt show some proofs that they have mining farm and really most of them is made just intended to scam people thats why we should really avoid this type of program because it well eat our money and fraudster will be richer more.

Maybe try to find another program their rather than planning to invest im this site where giving you to much roi and theres no gaurantee to get you money back in short period of time.

Anyone even having 1% doubt about this service is either a COMPLETELY noob or a very, very stupid and greedy person. People need to learn money does not fall down from the sky and one needs to be very careful where to invest your Bitcoins. Never send your money to a service which provides no transparency.

Correct their mate i dont really understand why there still people invest in cloudmining or hyips when they already now that it is ponzi-scam even if they are being scam for their first hyip investment, i dont want to call them fall but they should really stay out of that sites so they can save their verynhard earned money.

Funny faq. But this websites will pop up a lot during these last days before halving, they will just get people money and after the halving they will disappear and make some party with people's money they have got. I have seen that website and it looks a lot like HYIP site which only run a few days and then they go away. Do not invest there.

I have seen this site since May I think? And man, even a newbie like me would easily know that this is definitely a ponzi since the return is 3%/daily. That's just obviously a scam. Seriously? You'd get your money back in roughly a month?

Honestly there is no legit cloud mining site all cloud mining site are ended into scam.. so better to stay away from them it may bad at bitcoin image.
Instead we are adopting bitcoin cloud mining are the same as investment site they are run after few months..

Everything in life is a big ponzi scheme....all depends when you get in and when you get out!
If you decide to invest in cloudmining, invest only that much, what you can afford to loose! ;)

Thats totally 100% scam i dont see such legal investment site existing here all of them turndown and scam many people thats why i stop investing in that scheme since i got victimized by those fuckin fraudster revolving on online world, and most of those sites giving an to good to be true offers thay why should avoid that one so we can secure our money.

Lmao . We may see them to appear and seems to be legit but we will never know what they are actually planning ;D and also they have a very low daily income so how is it seems to be fair and too good to be true . For us just to be sure we should never trust everything on the internet especially investments we don't even know if they are just fooling us .

It may look legit for now but in the end it will die like all the others did. Cloudmining is proven ponzi. There is no way you can make profits by investing in there. Forum is filled with those topics. There may be new companies pop out out from time to time but nothing will change this fact.

I bet many more will come. Until we won't give them the attention they seek.
It's really simple, ignore them and they won't make the effort to build useless sites to scam people.

I can give them that their site if at first glance professionally done.
But if you actually read through it all and know how to spot usual cloud mining lies it is nothing more that elaborate scam.

Some things I noticed which are completely bullshit.
1. Harrison Rowley - owner. Is a ghost, no one knows him, no facebook, no social media, twitter with 1 tweet, account created in May 2016.
2. In their FAQ you can read: "We offer cooperation with zero risk for you." - Complete lie if you know basic fact about investing
3. They promises you immediate and huge profits.
4. They don't care about difficulty changes, halving etc. Because they are not mining anything.
5. They don't show us any equipment, no proof, photos, vague description that they have 'the best ASICS'
6. Copy Pasted Terms of Service

now I hear that bitminister isn't paying anymore , but when it started it was a good (ponzi) if you aren't greedy
cause they have an option to take your money back whenever you want , but at the end of the day there is no perfect ponzi
and people tend to let their money ride and never set plans that the site may disappear in the very next day

What do you mean with this "its good if you are not greedy"??  Investment doesn't have to do anything with ponzi or greed! If you go to bank, and you have 10000$ to invest, would you invest 10$ because you are not greedy and spend 9990$, and than you will be so happy when you get every month 1 cent because you are not greedy??

I meant that bitminister had an option that you can take your money back whenever you want , unless they scammed and stopped paying of course
they are giving 3% a day , so if you just put your money for 5 days you can take back your money with an extra 15% but most people tend to let their money ride and that's why most people lose money in ponzis

no bitcoin mining cloud is legit or if it is legit it is not profitable, there are no companies that could have profit for themselves and give you some profit as well.

Pretty fake and to good to be true offer and how could an investment program can generate such a huge daily profit just like that? i believe it looks like hyip site than  mining site . always cloud mining site are difficult to trust , we have seen so many cloud mining sites gone scam . need to be careful while investing on such sites.

well that's the only reason why there are still scam websites that continuously appearing and i think there would be no solution for that because there's still people that will always take a risk and will use that kind of investment .
