In was just thinking about this earlier today and I was wonder how different people from different countries would spend their gamblin winnings?

If you do spend it what do you spend it on and why ?

If you don't spend it what do you do with it ? Do you gamble more ?

Basically, I don't gamble for profit. But sometimes I bet on sports and so for I made around 1.5BTC profits over two years time. I usually sell it off whenever I need some money for buying some urgent things. I don't keep bitcoins for price increase long time because I prefer to take profits now and then instead waiting for long time.

I sell my winnings on localbitcoins and I purchase some common stuff (clothes, food, alcohol) , I pay some debts and I purchase food for my cats haha.

A % of my winnings goes to continuing betting.

If I have some profit I mostly spend it on digital good that are sold here on the forum, as a example I would buy some games or other digital goods...

1.5btc that's some nice winnings. Better then losing :) I'm guessing its just for a hobby ? Isn't it nice when a hobby can make you money? I know it a not heaps and heaps but its a nice little bonus :) I think I might do betting at some point. Safer then random guessing with gambling.

I also use local bitcoin they work very well I'm super impressed with my traders so far? Very very fast transactions in mere minutes. Its awesome to know if I need something I can have the fiat money for it within 5 minutes, then I simply draw it if I wish to have actual paper money.

i was never start gambling with huge amount and also never won with the huge amount too and mostly i spend my gambling winning with do more gambling but sometimes i did convert my bitcoin into my local currency but i was very rarely to do so

I am not a big bettor myself and I don't play for the money but I like to do big parlays with very high odds sometimes and if I win one of these in a year I tend to indulge myself in something I have wanted for a while like a new computer, a vacation to an exotic destination, going snowboarding in the winter etc. I don't happen to win big amounts very often but when I get lucky I just pick something from my bucket list so to speak and go on to fulfill it  :D

I dont gamble to make money but when I win I usually buy golf stuff

Simple answer to your question I do gambling mostly with faucet. Sometimes I deposit like 0.02 not much then try to make it to 0.05 with it then I buy digital goods like League of legends Gift cards :D from Gyft.
Sometimes I recharge my Sim

But when I loose like deposited account I feel bad then in a minuet I become relaxed :D

Gambling is not a job you can make money with. On the contrary you will lose your money most likely with gambling. Most commentators above are having the right attitude and saying the right thing: they don't gamble for profit, and that's the only way you can stay away from the the addiction.

I spend my gamble winnings on just random things because when you have on some money at the casino you are going to celebrate that win a bit. I then am going to shop a bit and by other stuff.

I never spend my winnings before reaching the target. but if it reaches the target I used to spend to buy goods, such as assembling a computer, PS4, android, iphone and other.

I won some good amount just twice and kept my winning couple of days at me and wanted to take withdraw but later I strated playing again.I was thinking every time same thing that may be is my lucky time so ended up remaining with even initial amount.I played more and lost my winnings.This is what way I spent my winnings.

I play for fun and didn't play with intention of getting rich quick or huge money at once.I know my limitations and risks involved in gambling.I sometimes make some cents in bitcoin and sometimes loose.As whole I am not in loss but didn't make any fortune too.This is not my main idea of making money from gambling so no chance for me.

When I found the victory, I usually spend the money to buy something that can give me pleasure and can make my mind satisfied. Because without me doing it, I think it could make my experience addiction and finally I can very easily lose all my money.

For more gambling. Most of the people do the same, though I too bought some domain names but my favorite way to spend them is to lose gambling.

if victory has been achieved 1 BTC usually I prefer to convert it into a fiat and spend it to buy anything in the real.
because I know, if it does not do that I will lose again

I always just cash out when I win any significant amount and sometimes I also send part of the Bitcoins that I've won into a paper wallet.

After I cashed out, I just spend it on regular things like food etc.

Well, for me as I am not really into gambling for profit, everytime I win I always spend my money for leisure. Like going out of town or go to karaoke and drink unlimited beers, it is just something that I need to reward myself for being lucky in gambling. At the end of the day I still lose because the money taken from my winnings in gambling are already gone. That is my experience and until now I am doing it occasionally.

That if I win a lot of from playing gambling, I convert it into a fiat and then spend it is more usual to buy a bicycle and motorcycle tools . I also spend half to play gambling again.

I rarely cash out my winnings in gambling, as I feel that there is no need to. I usually keep them in a hot wallet and use it again for me to gamble. I also use it to buy steam wallet credits sometimes, as there is currently an on-going event in Dota 2 that needs some sort of levels to boost up your event item (compendium).

I don't change my bet size based on my profit or loss. Regarding the usage of my profit, I don't usually spend it but just withdraw some bitcoin back to my personal wallet when the account balance is higher than a certain level.

when I win, I keep in my wallet. preparation for a bigger bet.

When I win some btc in gambling, I would cashout everything to my wallet and wait for the next opportunity to place my bets. I find that leaving your btc on the gambling site will increase your chance of losing as you will have the temptation to gamble more often.

When I won some amount I did not cash out all my winnings, I used to cash out only 70-80% of my winning then I use the other 20-30% to gamble again but I use it on other gambling sites.
And I use the 70-80% to pay some bills like electricity, or use it for fun purpose like to have some fun on night club. ;)

Every country have different gambling ahbits and culture,we can found europan or american pople addicted and playing gambling leggaly,but in asia some country make gambling illegal,its why in asia people spent gambling wining on gambling again.

Few times succeeded to cash out my winnings from gambling.I used my winnings for different things like investment in other crypro currencies trading or in ico's and for further playing.It is also a good use of winning money instead of taking them direct in fiat.It is like free investment using winnings.

I am also from those lucky guys who cashed out some part of their winnings.I didn't make fortune from gambling but I can say I am not in loss and made some extra money than I started with.I use money for further bets and am prepared for coming events of soccer to go with this money.

I remember the moment i won in gambling and that was months ago i didnt spend my earnings. I just save it in my wallet and gamble again the day after, then i lost the half of it and cash out the remaining balance.

Well i usually save it or if i jave enough time to play again i spend again 1/4 of my winnings to win or to lose , and the other is i used to invest it on trading .

If I make some profit with it, I just keep my bitcoins in wallet, waiting the bitcoin price increase, a safe way to increase my balance. Better than continue gambling for much time or trading.

I prefer to make money it may be in gambling or selling my bitcoin. Yes i hold some coins for price increase but i sold some coins in last few days back that time it was just 450$ but suddenly it increased 100+ dollars now it is 580$ so now i will not waste my coins in gambling i will sell my coins for high price. Will do sport betting but not like before.

When I hit my profit marks in poker/gambling, I withdraw that amount and just add it to my bitcoin hodlings. I haven't spent any of my poker/gambling profits or any of my bitcoins in over two years. For me, I believe bitcoin price will continue to rise so hodling on to my winnings/profit is like an earnings multiplier.

It depends on how much I earn. If a significant amount more I keep a little and leave another part to play and have fun.

Depends on my winning profit if is just a small amount winning i just hold and add it back to my wallet if not and and im won a profit i will bring my family to mall or swimming and spend it to foods and pay for tickets.. if i got high amount of profit..

That is very good. I also have invested before in a has company but i end up losing tons and tons of btc as the share drop to less than 0.01%.

Wow, first time i heard a man gambling not for profit, you must be a rich man lol. I'm gambling for profit and when i winnings my bets i always gamble more to get more money.

A lot of people are not gambling for profit because gambling for profit is simply just not smart because of the fact that you most likely because of this lose a lot of money.

You already said in your post that when you win then you will gamble more to get more money. That's why casinos never go under lose because people like you will keep on gamble whether win or lose until losing everything. If you think smartly then you will not gamble to make profit.

I just spend any winnings on playing more games. It's just a form of entertainment for me and I don't make a profit from it at all. It's just for fun but most of my bitcoins are invested in trading on an exchange.

Agree. That's the power of gambling especially in physical gambling game like the ones in physical casinos. Winning is the reason why people gambles more without realizing they are taking the bait now to continue playing until they become wrecked.

I do not win often on gambling but I won once and I spend it all non-sense things. I guess that is what you do when you get money that easily, you just spend them just as easily as well. I do not do that to the money I earned thru hard work and labor. I store them and make good use of them.

If let say i win big in gambling, i will save some for bigger bet and then save big portion to become investment and spend the rest for food and clothes, hopefully it can be happening

yeah many players who use their bitcoin or their profits to gamble again. so that they produce is a defeat and the money runs out. because gambling can not be used for long-term gains ? so I think if you have profit on gambling so immediately withdraw dude

I have so many interesting ways to spend my winnings but most of the part of it i am keep it as savings, rest of the amount i spend to buy stuff for my real life needs like food, clothes, pay utility bills etc, still gambling is doing good job for me and i am making nice amount on daily basis.

To be honest, when I do gamble and win, I usually come back again and again and again until I finally lose those coins. This is a dumb behaviour, and completely irrational one, but somehow I keep doing it.

When I do withdraw completely though, I like to buy myself a treat, or buy someone a gift. Like a new keyboard, perhaps.

yeah I agree with you better to use the profits for other activities such as investment in the legit site
perhaps it would be more helpful and giving profitable. I'm sure if you do not take that advantage and even play it again to gamble then will you get is a loss

When I have made some money with gambling I most of the time save a bit of that money and spend the rest how I want to. Most of the times it is on clothes and stuff.

If I win in gambling or have earned from investing/trading I always take a cut to spend it on whatever feels like fun at that moment.
Profits are just numbers if you keep shoving them around and not enjoy the spoils of your war. So my wealth grows more slow then I would when I keep reinvesting/gambling/shoving it around but I sure have a whole lot more fun.

Spoil your SO, your kids, family and friends, waste some coins in having a good time, because that is what makes memories and you would like to have those right before you leave this world. A bag of coins is not sufficient in that.

BTW when you actually do spoil yourself or the ones surrounding you it feels extra sweet knowing it was a certain gamble or trade that paid for it. For me personally it feels much better then saving up from my normal wages and spend it somehow.

so far my status says more losses than wins so i lose all the time and the winnings are just covering the previous losses so i use my winnings to cover what i have already lost in the previous couple of bets and become even !

It depend on winning amount how much it is, some times i won huge amount than i go party with my friends into club because i like parties and to go outside with my friends, it make me feel wonderful when i have a lot of money to spend freely that is why i like to play on gambling site.

I am not spending my winning at the moment because there is pretty good chance to get more higher price for each bitcoin after the block halving that i am keeping them into safe place as my future savings, i think very soon it will get doubled and it looking possible with current trend.

only using to buy some stuff from online sites because i don't have any merchant from my country to use it like fiat, i am not making a lot of profit from gambling just few dollars per week but it is enough for me to play online as extra income source.

For me it's all about getting more gh on Hashnest ;D although right now mining is looking a little unsure until the halving happens and the Bitcoin price and new hardware are established somewhat. So until then it's save save save and hope to get into it at a later time.

I am investing in some promising altcoins as i am placing bets on sports event and it doing very good job for me because my winning average is more high than my loss so that i think there is good chance to make secure my future if pick the right coin this time.

I generally play until a certain amount, then withdraw and save that money, and decide what to do with it later. I usually buy some interesting things in the marketplace, or use it towards business. That being said, I don't bet a lot as I bet for fun.

For example, lets say I have 0.001 and I make it up to 0.01. I'll withdraw 0.007 and leave 0.003 left to play with and hopefully make profit with it again.

If you win some money in gambling it will be really bad if you are going to spend that because you have to be happy if you win something with gambling.
And it is not that easy to win some money in gambling because you have to be lucky and that happens not that often and that is a kind of rare.

i don't spend my winnings on anything. since we are talking about bitcoin gambling here any gambling winning is also in form of bitcoin so if i win anything i will only add it to my bitcoin wallet and hold it for the future and enjoy the price rise on my winnings which is a double win for me.

I spend half of my winnings on gambling again like if i bet 1 btc and make 2 btc , then i will keep .5 btc profit and rebet .5 btc on some other game ( I am talking about sports betting ). sometimes i play roulette .

Do you make profit from cloud mining? From what I've seen, cloud mining is almost like a gamble itself, with all the cloud mining scams going on. However, I do think that it is good you use your winnings to invest.

I gamble it more because i am a little bit greedy. I feel like i will win again when i will bet. But its always the same result, i always lose because you can't win if you are greedy. The house edge takes back what you already won and even your capital until you go home with nothing but disappointment in yourself.

Good questions, Actually i will not play gambling regularly i just play for my free time kill purpose and just for fun so here i will not spend huge coins i will keep some coins for this i will play with that only. rest of coins before i was just holding for price increase but now i am selling it because price is very high so now i am making money from this.

if i make a profit from gambling by any chance i would just add it to my storage to keep it for the later profit from the price rise. but this is only true if the profit from the win is big, usually the winning is small so i just add it to my bankroll or withdraw it to my hot wallet to spend.

It takes a lot of discipline to do that, if you are gambling for fun then most likely your winnings will be spent on buying new stuffs to satisfy your wants. Mine, I love to treat my friend going out for a drink when I am lucky in gambling and I will make sure I will spend all my winnings in gambling and spending it just like a millionaire. it depends on how much i win.

for very small amounts: i continue gambling by adding them to the bankroll (leaving them be where they are)

for small amounts: i may withdraw to my wallet and do some little thing with them later.

I keep my gambling money separately from my income money and expenses money. I use my gambling winnings for future gambling purposes. Once I one, I will move my initial invetment to my expenses money and the profit I got will be the money that I will soon use for gambling. I don't play with all the money I have.

I say I want to save it and then I end up spending all of it gambling or buying things in a game or something. Maybe hulu or hbo subscriptions. So mostly I spend it. Then I think maybe I should always spend it before I gamble it all away  :'(

Yes, there is a lot of chances are there if we left our coins in gambling site. SO your method is useful once a day is finished withdraw all amount and wait for the next lucky day. And here we will not lose much money because next time we just play one fixed amount if that we lose we will stop so we can not lose more money here.

Yeah Thats a good method to decrease your loses. but not for making a huge profit..  if you win a huge profit better to stop not to play again even in other day.. better to play in lottery so that you can make a huge winning to become rich its a one time big time.. and never gamble again.. start your own business so that your winning amount can not be drain again..

but i have that problem and i cannot overcome this. i am investing again and again the gained amount until i lost it again. is there any one who can tell me the way how to overcome these problems. i really want to solve these issue and save some money from gambling.

Well first i try to create a good bankroll to win some more. I bet a % of my bankroll, so the bigger it is the more I can win.
After I'm satisfied with my bankroll, I will withdraw everything that is above that as profit and I spend it on whatever I need. After it gets out from my gambling bankroll and gets to my bank account, it's now "normal" money, so I don't differentiate from the rest of the money I have there. So I don't spend the money I earned from gambling in any special way.

Sometimes i sell when i need urgent money to buy some things and sometimes i bet more from what i have earned ( when im greedy ), but most of the time i keep in my wallet for the price increment of bitcoin in future:)

i like to treat myself if i win a good amount in gambling because the winning in a gambling game with all the risks has a very good feeling for me and then buy treating myself to something that buy with the winning i multiply that good feeling for myself.

Lol yeah. Who is making "winnings" here is the question that strikes my mind at first.
My winnings are small as my bets are small, but I get some small recharges for my cell phone if I ever get to redeem my coins. :P

He have the right idea on what to do with his earnings or profit from gambling, but I think he is investing on a wrong investment. Cloud mining is very risky and should be avoided. They can be doing fine now and be gone and a scam later. Too risky for a small return. It is better if you invest it on something solid like stocks or real estate if you have enough money. Or you can just invest it to bitcoin and hold a bit. In a few days it will halving and price will go crazy high.

i always make small bets in gambling because i am not willing to take big risks so obviously my winnings are small too. and since these small amounts aren't really good for spending on anything i will only cash out to my hot wallet to do a similar thing (gambling,...) with them later.

i think for people who play gambling as profit purpose,they will spenttheir gambling wining for many purpose,just like other money. but for people who play gambling with entertain purpose or just fill boring time,they will use gambling wining for gambling again and again.

The same applies here. Which makes my average winning close to little, like my bets are. Overall i try to break even my gambling hobby, because I have no hope i will get better out of it.
My trading profits i do like to spend, mostly on books an going out for dinner with my girl friend. Those things make me happy.

So you are just rolling them out again, if you get lucky you may be able to make that small amount bigger someday. Just keep rolling your prize money adding them to your initial capital. And if you have won big enough, you can spend them on good things like foods or toys. It is good to spend gambling profits on things that will give us joy.

Me too same, I just keep increasing my bankroll with my wins. Most often though I rain too in chat and end up my winnings for nothing, but that is when I win small. Once win big I withdraw and use it later for gambling ( once bust with original amount )

I had big prize from gambling like couples weeks ago. It was like three my monthly salaries at my work. A little part from it I stayed for gambling and the biggest part I transferred on my card. I plan to go to the sea on this money ;D
And only idea that I didn't invest nothing in it, only my time is making me to feel happy.

I think what you've said is vice versa of the result. some people win in gambling use their money in gambling again and some people wins in gambling just for fun is just use the money in some other stuff and not to gamble again. I usually spend my winnings on a few steam games or trade some to PayPal and keep it there. I would rather see money that I earned in paypal because I know that the amount in paypal will not change.

This is a good idea and a good suggestion for people like me who win some good money but always fail to understand where to invest to keep it growing actually. I think investing is good but I am sure I would divest them next day once busted lol.

I didnt really win on gambling. Usually if i win on gambling, the small amount will just go to the next day fund so i can play more or bigger. So in the end it will accumulate until i lose it all too. I started off small and so in the end when i lose, i actually dont see it as a huge loss.

Got some nice tips in here on putting large amounts to cold storage for safety purposes. I just need to do more research before I do it but I know that could be the safest way, except for some physical or external conflicts and problems.

For my situation,

Whenever I win in gambling I Had a limitations to bail out my winnings or continue on betting until that limit had not been met.

And after I had withdrw my win money in gambling site (f it does reach my set limit to withdraw) then I will invest it in trading for alt coins to produce more profit from it.

When I do occasionally actually walk away with money after a gambling session, I typically just add it to my account and don't spend it on anything. I would much, much rather have money that I can move around and have a form of definitive value with instead of have an object that loses a large portion of its value once I buy it.

Maybe I'll buy more in the future, but definitely not for now.

Well for me i will go to too in vacation its better swimming and great places is the best choice but depends how much you win in gambling.. but sometimes i can bring my family in malls with gambling winning.. but for nos because of the block halving event i cann gamble right because maybe my greediness will trigger and to lose all my savings..

It is nothing bad about it at all. In fact, you should be congratz yourself that you all manage to win even though the house edge put you on a disadvantage. It is really not easy to win so give yourself a pat and treat yourself to something nice.

I don't think it is possible to spend somehow gambling winnings, because there are no such things as these winnings. I mean, you can win something, but then you'll invest it in something else and finally lose, because it is nearly impossible to stop

Well i think you can still win something even its low amount you can still spend it in other way not all people but some people..
Honestly if i win sometimes i spend it to my family and sometimes i just save it to my wallet..

In case of winning I cash out some part of my winnings.I let on different site some part also to escape the procedure of confirmation and making deposit again and again.I am regular gambler of small bets.I don't see any problem in letting money on well known sites.This way I just start playing anytime I want.

Hehe...I spend my winning money at foods and similar things too! I leave a little amount at my wallet when I won, to play again. I never use all my winning money to gamble again cause I am affraid I will lose it and missed the good opportunity.

I also not use my all winning to Gamble. I will split that amount. I will get coins from signature campaign and Gambling. So I will collect all coins, and I will keep some coins to Gamble. And remaining coins I will spend for my daily needs. It may be some online shopping or my phone bill payment and another mode of payments etc.

doing what you say to keep reinvesting everytime you earned profit without spend it to just enjoying it for a while are a bad idea for me personally. gambling can not earn you profit for long time , so enjoy it while you can.

I think what he did is a good idea, investing in a bankroll of a casino is always worth. The principle would always be application, house always wins and they win in the long run, that would simply mean you are in profit if you do.
