TC had to open to new customers BUYING bitcoins for the first time in months because there were so many bitcoin sellers not enough demand, so TC was overstocked on coins. TC, correct me if I'm wrong. Edit: I should also compliment TC on passing their first real stress test. I'm happy to see such a well-run and well-regarded company in the Bitcoin world. They did have to open Bitcoins Direct to new customers, and they had to close it again a few days later with more people applying than they could accept.That just reinforces my basic point that in spite of people taking profits at record levels the demand for Bitcoins is still keeping the price high.
