As your activity logs shows that you have changed the password.  So you should provide a signed message to the lender.

The account is worth around that amount, but he is probably just going to run away with your Bitcoin and leave you with the account. But that is just what I think. You can give him the loan if you want though.

It may be showing that  he has recently just change his password because he has been taking loans these past few weeks and providing his accout as collateral.
You still shoul provide a signed message just incase.

IMO, you have past records of paying back your loans. If you have good lender to deal with, just don't create new loan threads. This will let signature spammers to occupy your thread with useless posts.
