Hello! I am a new user of the site (BTCJam.com). I sent the documents for verification, connected my paypal and facebook profiles. I was a complete system verification and issued me a credit rating of C-. I have applied for a loan, my application was rejected. After that, I can not start a new application for the loan gives an error Low Credit Score. But my credit rating C-  .   Administration of this site received my personal information, and can use for their own purposes. I have fulfilled all the requirements of theirs, they have to get my information - this is fraud with personal data.

Their service is very poor. They are assigned to other people's money. Support service is not responding. My Account also passed the verification, but my requests were all rejected.

Some people also experience the same thing so many problems and BTCjam not answer all complaints  it seems they do not care what happens
you should choose another site for the service was really bad BTCjam different from a few years ago

I was interested in short-term loans for my business. With this attitude to their users will lead to the collapse of the platform.

If you have good collateral , like 120% value of loan you want in altcoins or at least a high ranking bitcoin talk account (although these are going out of fashion as collateral) you have here a section only for Lending which can fulfill your short-term loans for your business. Just remember here in this forum the golden rule in lending, "No collateral , no loan"

That's because they're simply not happy with the documents.Documents are just a way to make sure you have the background to pay the loan back,if you're a high school student with legit documents they won't accept the loan request for obvious reasons.Also they know documents can easily be faked.Kids are smart these days.

probably your document seems untrustworthy for them because even people whose come from 1st tier country with a trustworthy document can rip people off through btcjam so why accepting an untrustworthy document,but there's still a way to get a loan with collateral atleast it values 120% more than your requested money

I sent my passport and a receipt for utility bills. bank statement within 90 days from the confirmation of my salary for 3 months. My salary is 1700 pounds. The loan was needed in the amount of 0.7 BTC for a period of 30 days. This loan is not difficult for me to pay.

1700 pounds to be honest isn't that high of an amount for an average wage... However, the loan that you're trying to take out seem to be only around 25% of your monthly salary earned.

Have you tried with a lower amount? I mean, BTCJam is pretty legit AFAIK.

I have a C rating, but I can not apply for a loan, for unknown reasons, wrote in support response time is no more.
