then charged like $60 AFTER you returned it on time ?

I noticed there was heavy massive activity last seen with ETHEREUM with BigVern and Cryptsy's wallets
and since pretty much nothing..

I see that Twitter announcement was a lot like the one i seen from Mark from Gox..
Once again he too cried he was hacked and then a while alter his lawyer said and i quote..
"my client FOUND a USB drive with several hundred thousand Bitcoins on it in his couch"
And at the time we seen the new start up market service show up "BitcoinBuilder"
Which i was waiting for with Cryptsy LOL
Then a whole lot of nothing for ages until..
Mark posted a Twitter message + picture which angered the crypto world..
He posted a picture of the sunset on a beach showing a martini or something
and muttering about the beautiful sunset..

Ahhhhhh LIFE IS GOOD (after you steal a half billion dollars from Crypto)

Get my effin funds back, NOW. Cryptsy certainly has been one of the worst blemishes in the world of cryptocurrency.

No criminal intent, IMHO.
Anyone who used crypsy for years would vouch that it was basically sound - albeit with warts.
I think BigVern is a regular guy who gave birth to something too big, lost control, suffered a big mishap and couldn't, in the end hold it together.

Lessons learned are:
Blame the real criminals - the hackers who stole from Crypsy and it's traders.
Don't hold more than a days trading in an exchange.

You only have to look at some of the Rich List wallets on Chainz to figure out how lazy some people are leaving their stash in exchanges. My rule is that if you are not going to use it within 48 hours for a trade and it is over 0.1BTC in value - Get it out!  ;D

He def should have told the community he was running a ponzi.

Atleast he pulled all this shit while running a "company" in the usa. The mafia judicial system hates competition and probably would love to eat his bones. Unless of course big vern was a plant from the gov with a plan to datamine and steal from the community. In that case mission accomplished.

I lost like 30 dollars in altcoin crap because I was too lazy to get the wallets from those coins, since I was also paranoid that they would have malware I just left them there. Meh whatever. This guy must be filthy rich from all those fees now.

The American courts have appointed some administrators, and they have seized what has remained on Cryptsy's servers. But it will take time for them to find the keys and return a portion of it to customers.

Do I read right that you just admitted felony by being part of the Cryptsy scheme?

Big Vern is a Cunt, thats all

Last i heard he got around 12.5 million from us (rough estimate)

And i was told they they worked with US gov officials and even had contact with the FBI on occasion.
They admitted this publicly more than once.
So it makes no sense what so ever that BigVern said he was hacked and had no idea who to contact about it.
He did !
Because they were red flagging customers then lying to them about withdrawal problems to stall them as they fed the persons info to the US Fed's so they could be investigated.

So explain to me how you seize your customers funds on a regular basis
then report them to the FBI or SEC etc then lie to them about internal wallet problems
then have the fucking audacity.. no the nerve.. no the gall to sit there and bullshit us all
telling us he had no idea who to contact ?

Vern & his cohorts are liars and already had a fraudulent history before Crypto.
They took Crypto for around 12.5 million dollars in various coins with a fake made up "I wuz haxed" story.

I think he CHOSE to do it when he did because like me he seen the signs..
Crypto was dying off and when he claimed it happened Crypto was having a mass exodus ongoing.
eBay was flooded over night with everyone and their dog selling off tons of GPU's for example..

Scrypt Asics had been out for a bit and mass SCRYPT cloning was ramping up to a fever pitch
and the user base was turned off on it all and was running and dumping.. cashing out ASAP !

So he clearly seen the signs and thought welp.. better pay for that mansion he bought AFTER he claimed he got hacked.
Which made it paid for with your coins guys. (pictures of his wealthy properties are posted on the forum)

Don't worry though.. they all got a cut.. even Mullick who vanished (MOB hit ?)
Horus who lived in a fancy Condo in Toronto (paid for by Cryptsy)
Good ole country boy JShock got his Harley to ride around like a wannabe biker etc

Well they forced me to extract my btc in doge since they would not allow me to extract BTC.
Doge then doubled up by the time I cashed it out.

Lost about 50 smaller alts, but over all I was up .... but these could end up skyrocketing and I will total a loss in the future.

Ha, yes, there was a big spread between cryptsy and polo. However, this is what stopped me cashing back to BTC straight away I think i was having to pay 55 sats at cryptsy and polo was at 40. Within a week or 2 it broke 100 sats.

Usually I lose at trading but this was a nice little scoop.

Yeah the various points proving it's his site in China is irrefutable i think.
Worth pointing out how Vern has never said anything about it publicly (as far as i know)
But his staff has.. JShock on Cryptsy chat way back said, "they sold some Chinese guys some scripts"
But it was clearly more than that..
Like why would BigVern fly to China at the same exact time (JShock admitted)
And why would the site be registered to "Project Investors inc." ?
There is much more too..
There was the word Cryptsy found all over and a Google adsense ID that matched Cryptsy's.
Then.. a user who was getting dicked around about his coin deposit at Cryptsy China
Kept getting an automated reply back *mostly* saying "Thanks for using Cryptsy".

Funny part is they actually tried denying it way back.. then the evidence mounted.

And about my spelling.
I always do a bad job but that was my way of trying to tell you all i DO care and i am trying *as usual*
I always re-read what i say later because i end up making really bad mistakes.
And yeah my grammar etc is still horrendous but i'm trying to make it tolerable for you all ;)

It did say Project Investors.. i looked many times and seen it and so did others.

He had $ 692 of bitcoin trades on his bitebi9 exchange today, and no trades whatsoever on the other 20 markets. That smells fishy, why would someone trade one bitcoin there when nobody else even trusts him with one dogecoin?
