I've enjoyed listening to him in the past (CrankyGeeks and ZDTV etc) as an interviewer, but in terms of his own knowledge and predictive ability, he's completely useless and often a contrary indicator. Someone covering technology since the 70s, if they were any good at spotting trends, should by now be a retired billionaire. The Internet is littered with his failed predictions.
