He is a newbie asking for a loan. And assuming that he only made his account here to get the loan, I think he doesn't care of getting bad feedback. This is just another stupid attempt to lure people to give them some coins but fortunately, people around here are not that dumb.

After looking at the posts from this user, I am assuming that it is a farmed account.  There are posts to nothing threads and then this out of nowhere.  Good luck to him, but I am guessing he will just drop this account and walk away.

Posting multiple loan requests in hope someone will fall for one of them is an old trick, but here it won't work.

I have no doubt about it. But I think anyway is better to leave negative feedback in case this account will be sold or user will decide to use it later.
