Title: ETH mining hashrate fluctuation on a rig...
Post by: Charloz24 on June 12, 2016, 03:09:10 PM
I have 3 mining rigs mining ETH and they are all running Claymore miner 4.4 (ETH only).

One rig hashrate fluctuate quite a lot and was wondering what could be causing this? By fluctuate, the rig is 5X 370 @ 15mhs each so 75MHS, sometime it drops to 60 for a couple of seconds...  ???

Any ideas?

I have the same issue with my two 280's mining in a pool and the hashrate flunctuates so much its unreal.  I noticed the other miners with a hashrate of over 300mh's are alot more stable in terms of thier hashrate. Anyone able to explain ?

Depends on the luck rate of submitting work to the pool.

it depend on the rig itself and not luck ont he pool at this point, if this happen on only that rig, it may be caused by your gpu which maybe have different memory and are throttling because they can not sustain the same oc with the same undervolt
