What is everyone's opinion? Do you think this is a good time for people to put fiat in right now, or should they wait for a price correction - and if a price correction, what would that price be?

I would still hold. This is still a few weeks approaching halving, so I had a view when it is already close to halving it will be at least $700

Buy now or cry later.  Ive been saying this since $200 and will still say it after $10,000.

it's useless asking about it here. when the price jumped to $590 people asked the same thing and the answers they get are always the same: both ayes and nays. but turns out the correction was barely noticable. if you believe that the price is going to increase further then by all means, buy a lot of btc.

Better to buy at the current price and hold them tight till end of july and if you see dip better sell it for atleast 10% profit if you buy at this price.

If BTC had the same market cap of gold each BTC would be worth ~$550,000, an interesting point to note.

Buying should be a good idea for up until the halving. No idea what happens then...

I think it is never a good idea to enter the market during volatile times, and this sudden bump is the right time to take a little break and observe and analyze pros and cons of entering the market right now. I think this next week would remain stable at this price,  and it is better to set up a proper plan.

I'm a bit regretful that I didn't buy more earlier on when the price was still cheap. However, I have the feeling that the price is going to adjust itself perhaps a little bit before it goes up again.

So yeah, buy and hold for now in small amounts.

I've been preparing for this already long, so now the time to watch and do not buy. because prices are too high, and for me it was a risk, because it could fall at any time. although I'm sure the price will continue to rise until halving occurs.

We're in the same boat. I'm really torn about whether I should buy now or wait more.

i dont think there would be a small correction in the price of the bitcoin but that would not be very much and i dont think it is really profitable to buy your bitcoins right nowbecause the value of it is really high now.

Well, I personally believe that the price of BTC will have to correct itself before it can go up any further, because right now the price is going up like crazy. Sometimes $50 an hour even.

I could be wrong and the bullishness just takes over completely... But unlikely.

Right now is a good moment to hold or to sell. Buying is too risky at these prices if you ask me. Chances of a correction are quite realistic as the price has gone up high in a very short time. I think a correction to $650-$620 is quite possible.

A correction will come, but i don't see that happening today. Today the hype seems to be proceeding like yesterday... which means more buying.

from the last two weeks we are nt seeing any small correction in the price, and it is increasing and increasing with no dump, so you are free to buy now.

A correction will come... but when? This rally might go on all the way to halving.

we went from 230 to 500, then correction to 430--->lowest point was 37x then again rock solid around 42x-43x

story will repeat itself, now from 4xx to 8xx-9xx then correction to 82x-83x

With regards to bitcoins, you can never be regretful as you always get a chance to buy coins and earn profit.

Buying earlier would even mean buying when the price was $1 but honestly speaking, a person who bought it at that rate might have sold it at $2 as who would expect the price to even reach $700 like now. As far buying coins are to be decided, you can choose to buy coins now and trade them asap rather than waiting longer.

There is going to be a price correction, but that is no reason to sell.
Even if there is a price correction and you sell, the gains will be limited.
But you take the risk of missing out on the biggest bull run this century.  ;D

Also the incident happen when the price place the correction to around $430 is intentional and not market related since it was only bring down due to Hearn incident and Crypst fraud. If there is no scenarios like that then maybe the correctin was around $450 to $460.

I am waiting for the price to remain stable and now it's not wise to buy more coins. The price chart has been quite abnormal since a month and we need to wait till August to decide to buy/sell. I'm just holding my coins and am not excited about the price rise.

btc likes to pump in 3s, I expect another level up before any correction.

Its risky to buy bitcoins right now because of the price is stable there's is  a possible that the price will crash or the price will increase much more..But according to other its always the best to buy and hold it for a long time..

Better to wait a little more days to see if you buy or not because we are all no the real idea if the price will continues increase..

Well I guess there will be a price correction before halving starts. Its not wise to buy now maybe its wise to buy when the price is corrected or buy after halving.  ;D

Wasn't that already it? Last week it was around $700, then it went back to $680. Now it's $730. Wasn't the small drop to $680 already the price correction?

there will be no small correction, the rally is the damn price correction.
the bear bubble has really fucked up price, we are way off from where we should be, this correction will continue to 3000$
at which point it will keep moving higher and then i'll call that a bubble getting inflated.
anything below 3000$ is a no brainer, just buy it.

Sadly I've been having problems with buying recently. I'm from the PH and I use coins.ph to buy my bitcoin since other services don't cater to Philippine banks all that much, but the site has been taking forever to confirm my payments.  :-\

if you wait till halving i'm pretty sure your will regret your decision and may be the current prices doesn't look stable and looks abnormal because the prices down and raising with very fast but if you could takes advantages from those situations you will earn daily profit from it for me it's time to takes advantages from bitcoin and enjoy these situations
