I have 4.33 USD in my paypal account that I cant withdraw because the minimum is 5.00. Do you want to sell your bitcoin? I will get the best offer!

Paypal is reversible and it's a bad way to buy bitcoin unless the person who has the PayPal is trusted.  OP, you are not and this is going tobe an assumed scam attempt.

There is no way you can prove all that you will not make reverse of this transaction and people don't like to sell bitcoin for reversival payment methods like paypal and skrill. You better find some local guy or buddy to do this exchange or exchange at lower price.

I mean, someone might trust you enough to do this, but what you're doing is what happens 10 times a day here.  A newbie wants to buy btc with PayPal and does a chargeback.  I suggest you buy something with what you have or go to wesellcrypto.com.
