I had a sniff around myself a while back. There were legions of shitty looking sites I'd never heard of but nothing approximating an exchange or something legit other than localbitcoins.

Outside from that, I dont see any much options this just from experience. Plus you got a built in escrow and if the trade does go wrong you can dispute it with the customer support which is very good too. So basically avoids fraud as much as possible.
