I have a small regular bitcoin income that I would like to exchange for uk GBP £. I have looked at bitpay.com (awaiting verification, but not hopefull as it seems geared to companies rather than indivuduals) and mt.gox, but am worried about the two week wait. You will receive less value than the coins and there is a £15GBP fee for International Wire transfer. But they are quick and reliable, I have traded with them for almost 2 months now and every transaction was flawless, and very quick.
I have used them for BTC to LR LR to BTC BTC - GBP LR - GBP All worked fine. Immediate payment from BTC to LR and vice versa. I have checked with my bank (HSBC) and they will charge me £8 just to receive the funds! :O

there is an issue atm accepting gbp at exchanges, so most wont accept...
