Title: Help with GUIminer Post by: Cort3z on March 10, 2013, 12:56:00 PM Hi,
I am a noob to bitcoin mining. I have read a bit about it and followed this awesome guide(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=9430.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=9430.0)). However, when I download guiminer and try to run it, next to nothing happens. I get a icon in the notification area that disappears quite fast. That's it. I don't see any window at all, no error messages, nothing. I have installed the amd app openCL thing. Tried rebooting and a few different versions of GUIminer. Nothing seems to work. Could this be a bug with GUIminer, or is there something I haven't done right?
