Why don't you withdraw the paypal, then use that to fund your BTC wallet?
I got crap last night for a BTC.5 loan and I have positive feedback, provided ID, FB, etc with NO scammer drama tied with my name. You could refund my money, which is about $30 USD, and then have the scammer label removed.If you truly had $500 to trade with, $30 is a cheap price to get your name cleared.
