If you have been reading you will find the "DAO" has been hacked and the leaders of the foundation are calling for a HARDFORK to reclaim the funds.


This confirms they cannot be trusted with the leadership and undermines the core trustless system. Bitcoin morals, ethics and foundations are true. We need these at the helm of our future. Ethereum has its uses and we will take advantage of that. They have done our groundwork and paved the way for our success.

Right now you are witnessing an attempted grand coverup of the most shocking hack. The SLOCK.IT team slapped together dodgy code and rebranded to "THE DAO" hoping we would fund a pipe dream with millions and millions on a product that had absolutely no way shown to generate profits for wroughted investors. That mentality has led to over $50m dollars being whisked away by opportunist hackers and hundreds of millions wiped from Ethereums market cap. Now the scary part is that they think its all a joke and continue to parade about happy as Larry. The good to come out of this is here...
  

This is The Replacement


When the grand experiment that is Ethereum began, the foundation desired to create a trustless, decentralized database capable of executing smart contracts enjoying security enforced by the austere relentlessness of cryptography in a robust transaction system. The code itself has proven to be resilient enough although not without its flaws.

What has made this experiment fascinating is the instant abandonment of cryptos very core belief system after recent developments.

Up until this point, the innovation in advanced applications such as domain and identity registration, user-issued currencies, smart property, smart contracts, and decentralized exchange had been unknowingly highly centralized and at the mercy of but a few.

Ethereum had nearly achieved greatness...

Ethereum is a modular, stateful, Turing-complete contract scripting system married to a blockchain and developed with a philosophy of simplicity, universal accessibility and generalization. The goal was to provide a platform for decentralized applications - an android of the cryptocurrency world, where all efforts can share a common set of APIs, trustless interactions and no compromises. Unfortunately the foundations power proved to dictate critical decisions outside its scope of commitment.

Ok all of a sudden there is a problem /crack with ETH/DAO , and that same day "THE REPLACEMENT" is here , with a ICO to boot , not saying you guys didnt plan to launch this before , but as for timing , it looks like a money grab on the problems of another coin , there hasnt even been enough time to see if it can be fixed correctly or even fixed at all , and no i dont hold ETH or DAO , and the use of the words 'REPLACEMENT" or "DESTROYED" is a bit premature, not saying you dont have a good idea , just timing seems a little off ..

I have no skin in the game I was one who reported the bugs on Tuesday to an egotistical Dev who did not want to know.Saying he believed it was 99.9% safe.Its not just DAO it the whole ethereum ecosystem is built on Solidity a code worse than Java.They are not rolling back and really cant blacklist an account.There saying "investors" got involved with a buggy contract and must stand the loss.If I can help with my 21.4K twitter followers let me know or in any capacity.

No need ICO or premine, just start mining from zero. Without reward halving. In a smart-contract platform no need good pyramidal or scam currency for fees. If you wish a presale, create custom contract tokens for it.

Thank you for reaching out lordlucan. We have encountered similar sentiment and believe the developers mindset to be a great danger to the project. We are slowly building the support needed to get this off the ground.

Solidity was made for smart contracts custom built.They code must be adapted better and certain abilities the code can produce taken out.
