I think it will difficult for you until get bitcoin because your payment method is reversible service and you are newbie but you can wait or you can try buy it on virwox.

Also try paxful, the fees aren't that high there or withdraw those PP funds and buy btc using cash, the fees are way less that way.

You should probably go onto localbitcoins or some online exchange. Most people on this forum don't want to deal with paypal, whereas most exchanges would be fine with Paypal.

Using localbitcoin is the only option for you unless someone here agrees for this deal. You need a trusted and honest person for this deal, maybe the one who already knows you because of the fact that paypal transaction is reversible in the favor of the seller.

I could possibly do this for you but it will be not going first. You will need to send the $90 in paypal first.
