Yes,
I have been trying for weeks to find a way as convenient to send money to a bc address. I've invested probably 20 hours on this and cant seem to find a way to do this without using mtgox. I used mtgox one time, before I realized I could use bitinstant to set up a transaction as follows... bitinstant/zip zap/bitcoin address. It was so convenient and over a dozen times my money was exchanged into bitcoins and was at the bc address within an hour. Now that bitinstant doesnt allow directly to a bc address I'm pretty much stumped! I fear if I use mtgox my money will get held up for days as it did the one time in the past!? Good luck to you as well!!

i have feeling something is wrong at bitinstant, they are scaling down while expending would be the right thing to do, if i had to guess in my opinion they do not have workable solution to cope with ever increasing bitcoin related fraud

There's a note at the bottom of the home page:

"The Bitcoin address and Bitcoin-to-email options are temporarily offline for system updates. These options should be back up on Monday, March 11. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we run these upgrades."
