I want to know if it is possible to buy and sell Bitcoins with small amounts such as 1$ and earn money?
If possible, how will be my profit?

It is potentially possible to make some money trading $1 back and forth, but you'd need an exchange with extremely low transaction fees and you'd have to be watching the market a fair amount, depending on how badly you want to keep your $1.

As for your profit, you might make an additional dollar every two month or so, depending on if you do day trading or hold over time, and whether or not you're doing a lot of trading. I'd expect that roughly every dollar Bitcoin moves will generate roughly $0.001 or less, I'm not doing the math right now, so you have to keep that in mind.

Its possible in low amounts but not as low as 1$ I would say you can earn some profit with lets say 20-50$ anything less than that wont probably yield any profit.

No its not posible bcoz in trading had transaction fees 1$ is very low amount.

While it's possible to trade with 1$, you won't be making any profit using it. A better thing to do would be to collect all these 1$ you get and when it becomes a reasonable amount, start trading or gambling with it.

yes it is possible to trade with it but your profit will be negligible. you should trade with larger amounts to get better results as everyone suggested above.

On most sites the minimum trade is about 0.01BTC which is about $7 at the moment.

You can trade it back and forth, reinvesting your profits, and eventually compound interest will come to your rescue, but it could take you a decade or more to make much money. You are better off starting with a larger stake.

and may be your profit just enough to pay the fees especially if you do trading at exchange with high fees

Yes its possible ,and you can make your btc grow with trading ,if you some skills when it comes into trading.

I know that Yobit accept lower amounts of trading. They start with minimum amount of 10 000 satoshi trades and bittrex is the minimum trading amount 50 000 satoshi. Isn't there any comparing treat or website so we can see the difference in easy list. Maybe someone who know more about it??

It is possible but you cannot do it in exchange sites because they have minimum. You can do this by making a thread in currency exchange if i am not mistaken. Goodluck

If you that potential or skills maybe you can make your money grow. But if not, you need more money to have you more profit at the time

You can try trading with $1 or less at yobit  but you will not be able to get profits as most of the profits will be detected in trading fee. Its better is you start trading with atleast $10 or more. The more you invest in trading the better is the for you to get better profits. For this reason i always trade with $50 or more and get reasonable profits.

Higher investment will lead to higher profits, but if you are new to trading then I think its better to start with small amount and gain the experience which can help you in future.

I do not think it will be possible to make any profit with small amounts like 1$. some sites does not allow less than .01 btc to trade. it may work in trading btc with altcoins but you wont get any high profit with this small investment

Yeah your right. if you are starting trading $1 you will never made any profit.. better to increase your capital before you start trading.. honestly i tried small amount to trade but i only made few cents.. so i increase them and try if i can make more profit.. and yeah its working..

Yes it is possible to trade at small amounts but don't expect huge profit from it.  Let us say you invested 1 USD, don't expect to have 1000 USD profit from it in a short period of time. Unless you were the early people who bought BTC at less than 1 USD ea.
I beg to disagree that you will never made a profit with 1 USD, even your own statement contradict what you have said.

It is possible but dont expect too much because its only 1$ haha, and it is not worth your time on it. So if i were you try to find another ways of earning if in trading theres small amount only you can gain

I suppose that you can use small amounts if you are a newbie and want to learn more about trading without risking much but don't expect to make big profit you need to invest much more than 1$ to see some good results.

It all depends on your trading skills.
Profit is profit, of course your 1 $ will grow slowly in the beginning.
But with time it will give you some money.
Just don't loose the 1$ in the beginning.

Well yes. Profit is profit.  If you are good at trading your profits will increase and so will your assets.
Over time (give it months) you will come to a point you can trade larger volumes.

1$ is very small amount of money so you shouldn't hopr for large profit instantly as all profit that you will get will be probably very small

And i think to trade such a small amounts, you need to find a site that lets you do that, and then doo same things that you would do with large amounts

yes it is both possible and recommended to start with a small amount.

i have done it this way, with starting from a very small amount you are not worried about losing anything big so you can focus on things that are more important.

$1 is way too low, but...
Twice (through short-term trades of BTC/usd and altcoins) I turned ~0.25BTC into over 2.5 to 3.5BTC in under ~1 year.
It takes a lot of time and effort, but is fun when you catch the big bounces.

With 1$ whatever profit you can generate will be even less than fee you have to pay to exchanger during each trade, so 1$ or even 10$ is not enough to actively trade and earn.

It is possible to do so, but it's not really recommended because the transaction fees to go over that would defeat the profits because you're only suppose to gain profits by adding a small additional from selling, plus all these tx fees.

with btc very difficult but with altcoins possible. needs much luck though.

Not luck but skilled trading. Wise decisions and being an expert at analyzing the charts.
Luck has nothing to do when you are trading. Maybe you are confused with gambling or you did drink to many beers?

I don't think this is a serious question my friend, because trying to become an investor with $1 does not worth it.  If you are really interested in gaining god money from this option, so you need to think as a real investor and acquire the hawkish mindset of winners, looking for alternatives to finance your investment project.

yes its possible,you can trade $1 or higher amount,its usually depend on litim for trading in that exchange,i think every exhange have different trade limit. in bitcoin or altcoin trading,i always believe that if we put higher amount for trading,our chance to make big profit always higher.

You could, but you won't be able to do it as often and as easily as if you had a big wallet. The fees can gobble up more than 50% of your profit!

Trading with small amount of BITCOIN is possible, but it will take a long time to earn bitcoin by the profit because the profit amount is very very small. Just try this site www.poloniex.com

Yup its not impossible, to trade with small amount, but I guess $1 is too small or lets us say that you cant make profit  a lot with that value, I mean you have to trade with big amount to have big profit also, but you have to learn the strategies in trading to make it successful.

Yes you are right, with small amount of capital in trading doesn't give a big profit. And it is can not compared with someone who start trading with big amount of capital. But if we only small amount don't feel inferior. At least you can get any experience in trading with small profit .

yes you can. don't be scare about starting to trade, just begin with a small amount so that you are taking a smaller chance of losing money and learn from there.
you can check different exchange services, open their FAQ, or Fees page and see how much is the smallest amount you can deposit and make an order (it is usually 10000 satoshi)

definitely. Especially if you are just trading on the altcoins market, you can trade with any amount you want. However the fees that will incur will probably exceed your profits by a long margin.

Trading bitcoin with $1 is possible to earn profit, but there are some sites which restrict you to exchange your bitcoin in small amount or they apply fee to your order which will exceed your profit. But trading with $1 is a good idea to start learning about trading without suffering much loss. If you have small margin, I recommend you for altcoin trading because it gives you more profit than bitcoin trading due to altcoin movement which is bigger than bitcoin movement.

Do you mean starting off with $1 and then trading from there? If you are going to do that, then good luck. That will be extremely hard as no one wants to sell that amount of Bitcoin. I think OP means like $50 or less. That is a small amount.

Unfortunately you're not going to get anywhere fast with $1. In theory if you're really good at trading, given enough time, you should be able to accumulate decent profits even with such small amounts but it's not that simple in practice. I've tried it myself when I first got into crypto. You can have a long streak of spot on judgment but all it takes is a single moment of carelessness or oversight to bring you right back down. The thing is, if you start with small amounts like $1, you're earnings will also be very small.

It is possible to trade with small amounts but 1$ is way too small, you only will get few cents, its not worth of your time and the electricity that you used, in my opinion if you want  to trading with small amount, I suggest you to start in alt coin not in bitcoin

Try to buy some coin that worth 1 satoshi, and then wait and wait until that coin reach some high price. I wonder will OP see irony in my words.

it is not about the amount of money you can earn when you start from a very small amount, it is all about learning how to trade.
and since everything is percentage based then you can do it with small amount, you pay a percentage (~0.2%) as fee and you earn profit/ or lose based on a percentage so it really doesn't matter.

its not practical to trade in small amounts, it is most like that you wont get enough profit to match the
time that you use on trading. plus you still have to pay fees for transactions so you will get almost nothing

You could I think. However that was not the case, the problem still lies ahead you could only earn a fraction of satoshi.
In trading, risk is always there you can't earn big if you don't risk big, just study trading and be better.

If you are living in a well developed wealthy country, then it's indeed not really worth it to trade with small amounts unless it is for trying purposes. But people in third world countries trading with amounts like 0.03-0.05BTC is quite a lot for them. If they can make a few bucks profit every week then it's a nice bonus for them.

Definitely is possible to trade with small amounts. In fact if you go on any exchange the minimum trade amount is probably around 0.0001 BTC or thereabouts, which is really nothing at all.

Well yes. Trading with tiny amounts is a good way to learn because the losses arn't painful. After a point though you need to scale up to see real profit.

To all those talking about fees - the fees on a trade are usually 0.2% to buy and 0.2% to sell. So you need to make a minimum 1% on the move, to cover all the fees and still have a profit.

yes it is possible to trade in a small amount. it wll decide your loss and gain. if you invest a little amount then your profit and loss will be less. if you invest a large amount then your loss and profit will be more.
