VPS are located in a Portugal (Europe) datacenter. I can't give a vouch copy because i pay for them. But if you buy one i will go first with you since you're Sr. Member. Also all VPS have anti-DDOS protection and you have root acess to the server so you can do whatever you want with it. No restrictions. He is not a company, he is a reseller, and he pays on monthly bases as he gets payment from buyer.
