This is the only one I know : http://coinig.com/ (some people also host Brainwallet (since it's open source now) and use it to verify and sign messages online).

Well you can use the following two sites for verifying the bitcoin signed message.

1: tools-bitcoin (https://tools.bitcoin.com/verifier.html)
2: Coinig (http://coinig.com/)

For signing message i use only blockchain.info , because i use blockchain.info as my wallet too .

Dont use a homepage to sign a message. Keep the private keys to yourself. If you cant sign with your current wallet, consider switching or to create a wallet only to sign messages with.

I just saw this on the lending thread. And i just want to ask those sites. thank for anyone who is going to answer it.

I want to be familiar with this. Think all you want.
other than coinig.com i would suggest you not to use any sites online that request your private key. Also most wallets do contain a "sign message" feature that you can utilize.

Other than? You simply do not share your private keys. Ever. Period.
Coinig (which is broken as explained by shorena above for basically anything containing linebreakers), aswell as any online message verification tool does not request, nor require your private key.
The signed message (containing of 3 parts, the public address signed from, the message itself and the signature) is enough for that purpose.

Some wallets themselves have this feature of signing message or address, like in blockchain.org if you are having a wallet, there you can sign message with that address easily and you wont need to search for any other website for doing that.

I know two sites in which you can sign and verify your Bitcoin address. They are:

Coinig

Electrum

I haven't used any of these sites, but my I have read reviews about their services.

Additionally you can use  https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC?verifysignedmessage=1
to verify your signature.
You can also sign in blockchain and using a mycelium wallet.

Is signing message is important and helpful?

It's for proving that you own an address and can also be used as a way of verifying a message's authenticity (like PGP). On this forum it can be used to prove that you're the owner of an account that posted an address and recover a hacked account too so it's more important here.
