Very nice.  Having two and one in shipment from MN already, well,  congrats on a great auction price.

Geeze, the market for casascius coins has really come down a lot in the last year. It wasn't long ago that an ungraded tenth would sell for around .9BTC, and a MS68 would sell for 2BTC, now a nearly perfect coin will (has) auction for half of that, and has a premium of less then 1BTC.

Crap, I totally missed this auction :(


I think the upcoming halving is making a lot of people hold their bitcoin.

2. An MS70 set of 4 s3 silver coins. 0.1, 0.5. 1.0 silver, 1.0 silver and gold
3. An MS68 error coin
(PM me with offers if interested in any of these)


I think for big ticket items rather than dimes, 'reverse may be the way forward', if no sale is reached by minimum I have for each lot, then they get withdrawn from sale rather than being sold for less than intended

Mmmm... some bigger ticket cas coin sales sound exciting! And what do you mean by reverse auction? Regular sale w/OBO? Or auction with a hidden "reserve"?

Price starts high, gets reduced by time, first person to accept offered price wins, or item gets withdrawn if there are no drops left

Well, to be honest, I'm reluctant to spend a lot of coins right now, so I'm more of a casual and always interested observer (as you know :D !

I'm up for anything, but I couldn't do the ms70 set right now, sadly.... The brass may be a good change. Also, they always go for a bit cheaper. I sold a MS66 2013 brass single last may and now wish I had held it just because the face value is worth so much more now, plus I miss it. :)

silver half would be a nice one too, but probably out of my league as well right now just because most of my bitcoins are tied up elsewhere atm. :P
