Title: So what happened?
Post by: Warry on March 12, 2013, 02:27:13 PM
I'm reading all these things about a glitch etcetera, but no topic really tells me what happened. I guess there is some topic about it but I must be overlooking it.. could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Best explanation I have found for non developer.

This might be wrong, but my understanding is that the some pre-0.8 clients database implementation couldn't handle large number of transactions from multiple addresses. So some clients can't handle blocks where there is transactions coming from very many addresses.
