Title: Help me run CUDA on Vaio VPCZ128GG laptop [Bounty 0.1 BTC]
Post by: Amitabh S on March 12, 2013, 03:31:34 PM
I have a VPCZ128GG  (http://www.sony-asia.com/product/vpcz128gg)(256 GB SDD/8GB Ram hybrid graphics) with modded bios. I need to run a Bitcoin miner but the software does not recognize the graphics card. It says cuda not enabled. If someone can point me to the right (modded) driver or instructions on modding an official driver to get any gpu mining software to run, I will give a bounty of 0.1 BTC. I know there is a thread on this but its too long to go through http://forum.notebookreview.com/sony...280-print.html

The graphics are:

NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 330M GPU with CUDA™ Technology (SPEED MODE) / Intel® HD Graphics (STAMINA MODE)

Only one bounty. Chance for newcomers to earn some bitcoin!

[EDIT: Question posted on Rugatu (http://www.rugatu.com/questions/10562/help-me-run-cuda-on-vaio-z-vpcz128-gg). Please post your answers there to get bounty.

Try the newer rpcminer-cuda:

Or try CUDAminer and use command line option '-a sha256d' for Bitcoin mining, or '-a scrypt' for the default Litecoin mining
