I am creating Phone verified Gmail accounts. Rate as low as 1,5$ each. They are ALL created manually, so don't expect that much daily! Hit me up, serious only. In my country a prepaid sim would cost me around 25 cents which can be used to verify up to 6 gmail accounts And you won't use your own sim card if you have something illegal to do. I mean there's a lot people I know especially on facebook that there buying pva gmail accounts.
