Specifically I am targeting Bay Area, but I am open to relocating. I'm thinking 250 - 1000 GPU farm. Geographical location is not set in stone yet. Ideally I want to host a mining operation in the Bay Area as I can maintain it personally. Currently I have about 50 GPUs in the Bay Area, however there is a risk factor as costs are much more higher here unless you have industrial or renewable energy. I wish to build another 100-250 GPU size farm. Powered by hydro, solar, wind or something cheap. Factors for decision will be cost per kwh, security of location, trustworthiness of partner(s), shared costs of equipment/power/rent, experience in keeping up a mine and or maintaining it.
