This is a huge amount nobody here will buy here unless it is on escrow,is there no way to exchange your bitcoin to fiat to a big and reputable exchange ,you can try localbitcoin heard a lot of good reviews about this site ,go check your local directory..

That is quite a bit of money. Just remember to use escrow service for your safety. I think it would be helpful to tell us the rate at which your selling and what currency you want it in.  :) :)

Be careful on both sides,,with that huge amount of money no one can be trusted,better to use a legit and trusted escrow.

If possible, try to sell them in several smaller amount. Risk is high especially when you need the money urgently.

Are from the Philippines? if you are from the Phiippines I suggest you would register on coins.ph so you can sell your btc to them then you can encash it to your suggested bank account. I have been using coins.ph for more than six months and so far all my cashout were succesful.

that was a huge amount of btc man . please be careful on trading with other and beware to those scammers , better to use a escrow so you can be sure that you are not going to be a victim and be sure that he is trusted .

That a very large amount of bitcoin, Can you try to just convert your bitcoins it to your local currency to able to make your bitcoins safe, Cause if you trade here sometimes you can meet a scammers around here

Especially since he is newbie account I am inclined to agree this is probably a a scam :/

Why not make sales open so that purchasing can use an escrow service and because your account are newbie so who want to make transaction with you must be careful.

I think it's better to make a new topic or move this topic to Currency exchange section or you can try sell all your bitcoin on your local exchanger and becareful for a scam.

I saw to many scam attempt`s and this looks exactly like that! There is more that one reason to suspect in that, he had other better and safer ways to sell his bitcoins, and he made new account here with what purpose?
After he see our comments here I think he will see that many people here are very careful, and probably he will not comment anymore.

so you're giving an advice which recommend OP to wait till bitcoin price increases and OP suffering while his problem getting worse because it's about medical reason.man you're very talented to be advisor

I suggest you may seek help from the local government hospital first. Usually it is much cheaper and you can make payment later on. No need to sell the coin in such a hurry. Good luck and have a speedy recovery.

I am from the Caribbean... till last year I could either buy or sell without verifying but as you know you have to verify now and put your payment method.... which I cannot do due to my location

coinbase I forgot to mentioned that coinbase became a pain in the B about the verification process, reason Ive explain above
