Im searching along time now to get 9$ funds on paypal exchanged to btc but i would never go first on your Trust level.
If the thread op wants his 3$ i will have still 6$ for sale for btc.

I think its better to send it first because you are paypal owner.. and paypal has reverse payment so no worries.. its a small amount but its still risky to deal in paypal.. better to look for other trusted member here than you because you are just a member..
