You should have to provide the link of the website at here, and I am sure that this link will not be banned if the offer is legal, here on services board a lot of people post links of their services from their websites.

OP are allowed to post his link freely as long as it does not contain any referral link, which I don't think the link that OP about to give us has any referral in it

Everyone are interested as it is free but why is it? If its just part of marketing strategy so it means that there things that needs to do first to get free t shirt or maybe you are making jokes about it.
