As for changing your name, you can request a namechange from theymos via PM, but chances are, you won't get one/it will just be ignored. Just make a new account and start fresh.
If it's because you would prefer that that name isn't associated with this forum: tough luck, sorry. I know 2 members here who were able to change their username but they are "very" trusted and well known in this forum so I don't see any reason why if their request for change of name is not granted.
