There are no stores accepting bitcoins in our place that sell those kind of stuff. And even if there is, I will not use my bitcoin to purchase those goods. I will gladly use my bitcoin to buy milk for my baby and food for my family. There are many things bitcoin can do so why stick to those things. I don't think its something strange, what more people use drugs all the time, so its not some bid deal. Its more important how that person behve under the influence. Some are very positive, some get relaxed. What ever you do just don`t use it to much, then feelings is not so nice.
I smoke cigars from time to time, so I enjoy to make coffee, cigar sit in my favorite place and enjoy reading about btc, playing some games, sometimes poker, sometimes something else.
