How do I know this? I DO have a HashOcean account and I DID receive the email; HOWEVER, the email it was sent to was one that I have NEVER used for HashOcean!!! AND the address that I DO use for HashOcean never received the email. In case you have not seen the email that was sent, it reads as follows: "Hashocean@hashocean-refunds.com 01:45 (8 hours ago) to me Hello, unfortunately these days our website hashocean.com, was hacked. Hackers took our domain and we have no control over anything. For our stupidity, we do not have the backup of the database. We will do the refund for you, but as we have not saved history, we will refund you your mining purchase under the following conditions. Just be smart now and don't send them even 0.001 bitcoin as I have seen the latest scam attempt was an email where they were asking for just 0.001 bitcoin to confirm your wallet address. It appears this latest group of scammers are happy even with a small amount of bitcoin (for example 10.000 users sent 0.001 bitcoin and they receive 10 Bitcoin) as they think many people will try their luck with such small amount.
