no clear concept about altcoins so want some help from u guys.

That's what you called trading dude, you can convert any altcoins to bitcoin using some trading site like yobit.net, bittrex.com and poloniex.com.
You can buy some altcoin from that said sites with low price and sell it in high price but time will matter in it and sell in a right timing also. And you have to study that coin before you sell it.

There are sites for instant conversion, e.g. https://shapeshift.io, https://coinomat.com etc.

Yes you can convert altcoin to bitcoin with the help of altcoin exchangers like yobit,ccex, poloniex and many more. Just pick one site and explore it to find out if the altcoin that you have is counted on that site. But for me converting altcoin to bitcoin now is a not a good one because the price of altcoin are always depending on bitcoin so if the bitcoin has a high price like now usually the price of altcoins are cheap or lower than what you see before. But it's always up to you ;D.

Yes you can, it called selling
When you have altcoin you can sell it to bitcoin at market cryptocurrency exchange
or if that coin dont yet get market you can sell it in altcoin marketplace section in this forum

actually altcoin was made for becoming trading tools in order to get profit from it and at the end the altcoin user will convert it to bitcoin again so all altcoin can be converted to bitcoin as long there's still buy order in the market

These are just some trading platforms that you can convert your alts to bitcoins or the other way around. Altcoins are there and enabled trading cryptos.

Create an account with any of them. Send your altcoins to your exchange account and sell it for bitcoin. How easy it is. This is also called basic trading in other hand.

Well, checking about your alt coin at first does they have a market exchange or not in some market exchange. If they have a market exchange you can exchange your alt coin into bitcoin with deposit your alt on exchange market site or market wallet and try to sell your alt account into BTC, maybe you will get a little fee for this.

like has been said, is pretty simple, just go to an exchange and do as you want.
but be careful with the fee's, a few exchanges have higher fees to put a order and a withdraw/deposit fee, so watch that.

Convert? Do you mean like changing it into another form/status? Well you can't do that. But if you what you mean is trading (sell your altcoin into Bitcoin/otherwise), well you can do that at some exchanger.

Altcoins are digital currencies which existed following the technology initiated by bitcoin. Only very few altcoins have survived long. Altcoins rise at certain time, so at that time users try to make profit with the use of trading in return for bitcoin.

Think of it this way: you live in England and has 100 pounds in your wallet. You will make a trip to France, a country whose currency is the Euro. How do you "convert" their pounds into euro? you go to a Exchange, right?

Just as conventional currencies, you can sell your bitcoins in exchange for altcoins. The opposite is also possible! Just you make a member of an Exchange (preferably reliable, as Poloniex), transfer to the portfolio of deposit, and make the trade.

there are plenty of exchanges avalible where you can trade your bitcoins or your altcoins for bitcoin or altcoins. i will suggest yobit.net , btc-e.com these type of sites where you can exchange your money

yeah it's easy lol... use any exchange site for altcoin to bitcoin.i prefer goldux it's best exchange than other !

All you have to do is send your bitcoin to an exchange (a trusted one) and from there you can then exchange for altcoins or vice versa.....

Its possible to convert altcoins to bitcoins on websites like shapeshift, in this case you will need a bitcoin wallet address. Or trade altcoins for bitcoins on exchanges, the exchanges will create bitcoin address for you. In both cases there is a fee for the service.

Just a warning... type your URL to these sites --> https://yobit.net/ or https://poloniex.com/ or https://www.kraken.com/ because there are a chance that you may end up at a wrong address or one that has

been created to spoof the real one. Also make sure to enable some form of 2FA to protect your account. DO NOT keep large amounts of money on these sites, because it can be hacked and you will lose money

i know about the one coin which we can easily convet in to bitcion and so can covert btocin into one coing. but very honestly i have no idea about alt coin if it can be convert into bitcion or not.

its impossible to convert altcoin to bitcoin,altcoin just alternative,its will not have same algorithm and crypto structure with bitcoin. the only way to convert altcoin to bitcoin is trade it on exchanges.

the word itself will help you. altcoin means alternate coin to bitcoin

That's what exchange sites are for. But yeah be careful with those ''copy-cat'' sites, make sure you type the URL correctly.

Like bitcoins altcoins are still cryptocurrency and they work like just bitcoins do. But right now bitcoin is the most profitable but if you want altcoins you can just swap or convert or trade btc to altcoins such as doge, litecoins and others. You can even swap altcoins to bitcoins anytime. All you need is a trading platform to trade your cryptocurrencies and you are ready to go.

But , be aware with copy-cat sites , and fake trading (because many site run shitty and fake coins )..

Funny you mention shitty, fake etc. because I know there are tons of coins that are broken on YoBit... lol. Poloniex is where it is at.

It would help if you formulated an intelligent question about exactly what you'd like to know about altcoins.  But as others have said, you join an exchange, you can trade whatever coins you want for bitcoin.  It's pretty damn easy, and it's fun when the markets are a-roiling.  Like now.  Be careful though, because it's very easy to lose everything you have.  The altcoin market is so much more volatile than stocks and those sorts of things.

There are many alt coins out there especially on different alt coin exchanger site like bittrex,poloniex,ccex and many more. Yes you can convert bitcoin to altcoin and vice versa with the help of alt coin trading sites.

I think the easiest way to convert is from exchanger you can exchange a lot of alt coin into bitcoin and you also can exchange bitcoin to alt coin

You can use different exchangers for converting altcoins into btc, or btc into altcoins, you can also trade some coins for dollars, rubles, or euros. I don't know which altcoins you have on mind, but I recommend you to check first is there altcoin you wish to trade with. There is many altcoins, but not every exchange site trade with every coin, so you should be careful when you choosing altcoin and exchanger.
I use yobit mostly, its easy to use and in beginning I was hooked up on free coins. That is my first exchange site and I stayed there, also now I have some referrals and they bring me some money from time to time, noting big but its coming.

Yes you can do that... You can exchange altcoins to Bitcoins. For this you can try out some exchanger sites which can exchange altcoins to Bitcoins, but you can also try out trading sites which use different currencies......

Use the exchangers that supports this forum through advertising first, if you have to make a decision on which one you would be using. The one that is currently spamming the most is Yobit, so if you are against spamming, use one of the others. ^smile^

Specially depends upon the altcoin you have, if they have listed in any one of the crypto exchanger than you can easily convert them to bitcoin however if those coins have just popped up than you have to wait for few weeks or month to get those listed in exchanger. Some of the big altcoin exchanger are poloniex.com, yobit.net, bittrex.com etc first find if the alt you are intrested is listed or not in those exchanger before grabbing them.

It is not that you can convert altcoins to bitcoins you need to trade altcoins for bitcoins that is what called converting is trading so dont be lazy
search for some good trading sites and trade your altcoins for bitcoins it will not go that easy but try.

You can convert altcoins to bitcoins but it is not called converting so you need to trade it with other bitcoins and altcoin users you know you needd to trade
your altcoins for their bitcoins. So if you want to convert use the trade maybe you will get a nice deal.

i think yes there are so many exchange where one can covert bitocin to so many other currencies and other currencies into bitcoin. so you can convert altcoin to bitcoin very easily. you can also convert One coin into bitcoin or bitcoin into altcoin.

Yes it is possible when you use exchange for that it is the same story when converting FIAT to bitcoin . but at this time it is better to hold your bitcoin to take note of the market after halving .

Obviously, that is the whole concept behind trading. You change Bitcoin to Altcoin or vice versa on the right time and become rich. If this wasn't possible, then there would be no trading.

and alot more not listed, have sell and bid support.  As long as your altcoin is listed in an exchange,  you can sell it to convert to bitcoin.  But there is minimum amount of value in Bitcoin to be able to trade it.

Yes, you may convert alt-coin to bitcoins and vice versa. The  point here is to buy altcoins when their prices are low and sell at high prices.

These days most of the exchange websites have been providing this service. So any digital currency can be converted to other form of digital currency depending upon the value each currency holds.

Most of the people know this simple business rule of buying at low and selling at high but most of the people does not know the  altcoin they are investing, will it price will rise in future or not and end up in a wrong investment.

The thing to look for is the Market cap of the Coin, which not many people know about. If the market cap of a coin is high, there is a lot of chance that this coin will give you benefit if you invest in it.
