I think coinbase account is not a valid collateral. The lender can't do anything in case you default and you can easily recover the account by contacting coinbase support. I can help you here if you can provide valid collateral

I am sorry, but your coinbase account is not valid collateral.  It is very easy to recover that account and there is no way for the person holding the collateral to secure the account.  You will need better account collateral.

No, it isn't. You can't decide what is right collateral. Read the Rules.

empty coinbase account isn't worth loan amount,it can easily reclaimed and if it has money in it then withdraw from there

And also there is nothing the lender can do in case of a default because coinbase accounts cannot be sold.
