I have been struggling with PayPal for many months now and I am very happy to find this place
Hopefully I will have someone to help/assist me on what i need,
I have started a business which is flying very well but almost 80% of my customers wants to pay via PayPal
and out of fear(Chargeback) i have already lost good customers , now what i need is,i would like to hire up someone that can receive payments from PayPal and to prevents chargebacks , I need quicker withdrawal from PayPal or How ever that you may cashout from PayPal at a short time , with your intelligent , I am willing to offer a fair share for who ever that is up for this ,

Do not do this, it is fraud.

Don't be judgmental , I am looking at the convenience possible way , not to gain nothing at all .

I hire someone that has scheme, to prevents these charge backs in case there is any at all.
This is PayPal , one has to be ready for it challenges

Try to create a canadian paypal account link a CC or debt card to it and away you go!!

These scammers are becoming more creative in the way they design their scams.

The above is just a flowery way of saying "hey i want to do a man-in-the-middle scam and I want you to take the PayPal payments from my victims... uhmm, I meant business partners... and you send me the bitcoins! So you later get hit with the chargebacks while I enjoy the bitcoins!"

Writing that here would of course earn him some lovely red negs so this is a classic example of a scammer showing ingenuity and creativity at their best.

i also agree with you. op, which business are you enrolled in ? show us something that convice us that you traded a lot using paypal with real customers. can you show ?

If you're not selling something which is against PayPal's terms then why are you afraid of loosing charge backs?
If any of your client charges back and you got all the receipts and everything handy which will prove that you have shipped the product then why will PayPal decide to reverse the payment?

Lmao. No one has a way to prevent chargebacks. That's a part of this business. Take the risk or avoid PayPal. No ones going to take chargebacks for you

Actually i trully understand you.

Paypal just locked my personal and bussiness account and lose over 1000 usd with refunds from my customers.
The reason they blocked my account for 180 days is: security reasons.
At a moment a guy told me that the real reason Paypal blocked my account is that Paypal don't want to do bussiness with me anymore.

Anyone who does this for you will put them self in a troubling situation.
I'd avoid this for obvious reason, fraud and chargebacks.

Fight the chargebacks, that's the only way for you. Sorry to say but no fool is going to like your idea and be in the middle. Try to win the disputes, and you should be able to win them if you're selling something good and legal.

what's your reputation that you are relying on?

What business are you involved in?

Why would you think that PayPal would lean towards multiple claims against you?  Have you had this happen to you in the past?

What Wallet Address are you wanting to use here?

If your business is legit and You REALLY SHIP items,use a payment processor which accepts paypal (like 2checkout etc)

You don’t need any middleman. Go get an Indian bank account and link it to your paypal account. Any paypal account associated in India has a rule that any amount received in paypal is auto withdrawn in bank account. Even you won’t be able to transact with your amount as far as it is in paypal account.

If you are going to use this for scam, you are giving your details so eventually you will get caught. Thus, you have no scope for misusing it.

OP already has two negative trusts, that is enough to tell him people are not buying his story. I am surprised he is still posting on this topic - some people never learn till they get banned.

Can you please elaborate on which base you ‘think’ that paypal is a scam?  Simply just because they give more benefits to the buyers and ensures the security of their transaction makes them scammer through seller point of view?

I am a trader and dealt many times with them as payment option for my digital goods, I never had any bad experience with them so far (in spite of the fact that they have critical restrictions in India).
Don’t blame anyone unless you have proof, it takes too much time to build a reputation and seconds to destroy it.

Timelord2067, Thanks for the reference thread, I am not sure how it’s going to work with PayPal in India.
Since any balance (literally any, even $0.1) received in the paypal account in India, it is auto withdrawn in the bank account associated with it because of the instructions are given by central bank of India.
So unless a credit card is linked to the paypal account, how sender is going to claim a refund with the reversible transaction (since his funds are auto withdrawn in the bank).
