Dont make the timer less than 30 mins(wtf!)
Pay fair and on time
Add news or blog section maybe a small game too
Design it well, not like damn easiest with full of adds where people cant even find claim button..

I would advice you to make sure you got a good payout and don't put annoying banners on your faucet. Else people will get fed up and check out another faucet.

i think you won't get a lot of visitor with pretty fast with your faucet because the rewards were too low and people only could get 250 satoshi every 3 hours also too many banner ads in your faucet which makes loading pages took so heavy

Keep updates of your faucet thread in this forum, contact owners of faucet lists and rotators to add your faucet. Don't use popups and pay biggest rewards that you afford to pay.

For now i thin there is no faucet that pays 10k sat every claim you can not find those site unless you kind fin 10k sat per claim but scam or not paying..
