I use Zebpay app to buy BTC from my bank account and then send it to BTC-e. You can also try localbitcoins where there are good number of sellers who can send BTC to your BTC-e account.

The easiest way is to deposit through crypto. You can buy Bitcoin from www.unocoin.com in India through bank transfer via NEFT or IMPS.

You can't directly deposit fiat to BTC-e, but you can buy BTC-e codes from people in India. :)
Or you can buy Bitcoins from an exchange like Coinsecure & transfer them to your BTC-e account.

BTC-e or even many other trading service provider prefer to accept Cryptocurrency payments. As all transactions are instant, secure, safe and transparent.

So I would suggest to buy bitcoins firstly then can be send to any of wallet.

Do check which country the exchange is based out of. An exchange can accept incoming payments only in the currency of the region they are located in. BTCe is Europe so there is no way to deposit Indian "money" into there, you can deposit BTC and exchange it into EUR and also withdraw it as EUR.

You guys are looking at the wrong numbers and for all the wrong reasons.  ;)

Yes BTCe has a low price because traditionally getting FIAT currency in and out of BTCe is a painstaking task. They have been known to take at times almost a 30 days to process and credit SWIFT bank transfers; how long it takes for them to credit OKmoney and Money Polo, it is anyone's guess.
Read the troll box on the main page, you will find every once in a while someone complaining about how long they are waiting for their fiat credit to show up in their BTCe accounts. It takes so long, sometimes you naturally assume it is a scam.

BTCe is a the best for day trading, and also a great exchange to trade alt-coins. I use BTCe all time time and not once have I deposited or withdrawn anything other that bitcoins from the exchange.

All of you guys thinking of profit from arbitrage - ie buying BTC for a low price on BTCe and then selling it for a higher price keep these factors in mind. If you want to buy bitcoins with the "low" price on BTCe you are in for a considerable wait. And when it comes to coins, time = BTCBTCBTCBTC

Yeah I guess trying to buy Bitcoin for fiat from BTCe and then trying to sell in India for a higher price is a very long procedure and likely you may also miss the opportunity of arbitration that you though will earn you some money. For wire transfers, there are too many restrictions, then transaction fee and even conversion fee.

The real arbitrage is if you have a way to access coins abroad in real-time off exchanges where they trade at market, and sell above market in face to face transactions. Risky, but there seem to be quite a few guys on localbitcoins that are making a decent living off this skim.
