Does anyone know what this is all about. It looks pretty bad to me.

“To counter violent extremism we need determined action at all levels of governance,” said Governing Mayor Stian Berger Røsland of Oslo while commenting on their participation in the SCN.  “To succeed, we must coordinate our efforts and cooperate across borders.  The Strong Cities Network will enable cities across the globe pool our resources, knowledge and best practices together and thus leave us standing stronger in the fight against one of the greatest threats to modern society.”
Does it mean it is some kind of organization that will try to fight with terrorists? Seems like that to me.
What looks bad to you in it?

I don't think we need another super-national organisation riding over the laws of member countries. The EU is falling apart, is this going to be its replacement, and will it suck in America?

The failure of the EU will uphold America for a while. That's why it is being done. Nobody knows the truth of the vote of Brexit. Anybody could lie about what the vote really was, same as the American voting machines are rigged.
