We could actually make a signature-campaign. Everyone just start your own ico of nothing-coin and let people deposit btc directly to your signature.

Every user could have their own ico and the fools won't know where to invest donate first. No-coin to the moon.  :P

Not releasing water for months might be damaging to your health. My recommendation is that you release immediately.

How do you know if the pools work if you havent put water in them yet?

The demand of yours to the participants are very risky,..You wants us to deposit .002 btc to those interested sounds its too dangerous to do that.  for us to be list in the signature campaign we need to deposit its just like a membership or registration fee, that once you reach your target goal you can run immediately with the investment of the investors. :-\
